Very comfortable bed
The shower was very spacious but the water pressure wasn’t great. The breakfast was very nice. Great food choices.

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Enough variety to suit all tastes. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and courteous.

Cons:

The chairs in the dining room are showing their age and need to be replaced or recovered. Everything else seemed fine.

Pool
- guest pass does not unlock door - have to get a guest using the pool to let you in or go to front desk for them to let you in
- the pool rules indicate "all guests must shower before entering pool" - shower does not work
Hot Tub - hot water - push for "water jets" - jets do not work

Room
- Heating/Cooling unit at window does not work- you can push all the buttons nothing happens - I had to listen to the fan running all night long - could not turn the fan off - I mentioned this to Day Manager next morning- he told me that the controls are on the wall by the door to the room- the Check In person did not mention this

Renovations
- hotel is being renovated- this should be mentioned in their ads
- I checked in around 6pm on a Saturday - on 4th floor- workers still doing drywall work - scraping and sanding the walls outside my room - noisy - they left around 6:45-7pm

A very crappy nights sleep after being on the road for 10hrs. Paid $150 for a $2.00 experience WT
