Pros:

Unterkünft nahe am Fährhafen, Weg in die Stadt sehr steil und ungemütlich. Matraze durchgelegen.. Dauert ewig bis Warmwasser kommt. Kühlschrank so laut und läuft heiss, dass man besser Stecker zieht. Klimaanlage sehr laut, schlafen mit eingeschalteter Anlage kaum möglich. Nur zwei winzige Fenster aus Bad un Dusche. Alles sehr spartanisch. Besser mit Taxi vom Fährhafen zu weiter entferntem Quartier fahren. Für eine Nacht wegen der zentralen Lage ok, jedoch nicht mehr. Hatte den Fehler gemacht, bereits aus Deutschland für mehrere Tage zu buchen. Insg. vollkommen überteuert. Zimmer in den fünf Tagen nicht aufgeräumt, nicht mal den Abfalleimer geleert. Grosser Balkon sehr schön mit guter Aussicht, dies wiegt den Rest jedoch nicht auf.

Great host, cosy appartment, close to the harbour
Pros:

The accommodation is close to the harbour, around 5 min foot walk. The host James was really polite and helpful with everything. Even we have been earlier before planned check in, he confirmed that we can arrive before 3 pm.

Cons:

Small couch, small TV … but this was not a pain point 😉

Pros:

Nous y avons passé seulement une nuit pour prendre le ferry le lendemain matin tôt. La chambre est largement convenable, cuisine en commun adaptée.
Cest a 5min a pieds du ferry, oui, mais attention, le logement est en haut d'un quartier, ca monte beaucoup! Sinon prévoir 40 xcd pour le taxi.
Très bon rapport qualité prix

Hôtel très pratique pour prendre le ferry tôt le matin afin de se rendre en Martinique.
Propriétaire très sympa (St-Lucien avec une belle expérience aux USA)
On peut se garer facilement à l'hôtel (place privée)

Pros:

Emplacement pratique pour arriver en Ferry, personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Literie pas très confortable, salle de bains partagée et cuisine partagée
Très vieillot, vue sur le port industriel pas terrible
Le quartier n'a aucun intérêt, assez sale

Dépanne pour une nuit..
Pros:

Belle vue le matin. Belle terrasse à l'étage.
Le petit-déjeuner etait simple mais bon.
Proximité du Ferry (de jour)

Cons:

Plusieurs points faibles :
Le matelas est vraiment vraiment à changer, on sentait les ressorts.
Je n'avais pas fait attention que la chambre était dans un appartement partagé (deux chambres).
La proximité avec le Ferry (10 minutes a pied) perd son avantage lors d'une arrivée de nuit car on doit monter une rue sombre et visiblement visiblement mal fréquenté. Finalement on a du prendre un Taxi pour une dizaine d'euros (également recommandé par l'hôtel par message) pour une arrivée de nuit.
Le tout pour un prix petit déjeuner inclus qui n'est pas donné non plus.

Great place to stay before you take the ferry in the morning.
Pros:

Walking distance from ferry harbour. Friendly staff. Nice common terracce with view over the town and harbour.

Cons:

The climb to and from the hotel is a hard one. Watch out not to slip in particular when the road is wet. When you arrive there is no name mentioned on the hotel so you have some doubts.

très bonne localisation ,nous avons visité Castrie à pied , proche du ferry et belle vue sur la baie.
James était très à l'écoute de nos besoin et nous a aidé pour visiter l'île.
les espaces partagés sont très agréables, cuisine, salle à manger, terrasse.

Pros:

Very, very nice owner. Ideally situated for great views over the harbour & a short walk to the Express des î ferry terminal. Great lounge and open terrace to relax on in the evening. Everything was in good working order. I would go back!

Pratique pour le ferry mais pas plus.
Pros:

Le propriétaire James est serviable et aidant. L’emplacement est pratique pour prendre le ferry.

Cons:

Le quartier est dangereux et le soir venu, il n’est pas conseillé de s’y balader. Il n’y avait pas de climatisation fonctionnelle dans la chambre. Elle ne fonctionnait que 5 min et après s’éteint sans raison. Présence de cafards dans les parties communes. La salle de bain partagée ne ferme pas à clefs.
Un peu cher pour les prestations proposées.
