Went downstairs for our meal and came back with a clean room but everything was turned off. The AC settings went dead and even the internet. Turned the ac back on and left it for a bit to cool the room because it was so hot and to my surprise, the AC turned off again when I returned. And weirdest thing is the TVs volume kept going up to max without anyone touching the remote. 😵💫
I like the comfort of the beds and the sheets.

The location. Easy access to public transportation. Walkable to restaurants and shopping.
The room is not properly cleaned, especially the bathroom. There’s mold and the towels had seen better days and needs to be replace. They offer free water but the on our floor does not dispense water.The gym has a smell and equipments are rusted and old.

tv is not working, it says outage with sky but when i asked the other guest tv is working but ART is really great and made my experience a 5/5. Thank you ART! If we will come back, i hope ART is still here ❤️

I want to commend ART for being so courteous and helpful. He seems to love what he is doing. Always smiles at guests and is very polite.
The rooms are okay. We were a bit hassled because the first room assigned to us, 904 had very bad airconditioning.
The towels are rough.
Minor inconveniences but generally, we loved our stay.
