Privato Ortigas

I had a wonderful stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas, and I’d especially like to commend Ivan from the Front Desk for his exceptional service. He was very warm, courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Ivan made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

It’s employees like Ivan who truly make a hotel experience memorable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude are a great reflection of Privato Hotel Ortigas. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay here again!

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Everything was neatly arranged, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and stress-free.

We had a really great staycation here! The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable to relax in. I especially loved the city lights view from both our room window and the roof deck at night. The staff were also super accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended if you want a simple and relaxing city getaway!

Had a minor inconvenience during our check-in on August 17 for my birthday, but the staff Sir Art handled it right away and everything was resolved smoothly. Overall, we had a pleasant one-night stay and appreciate how quickly they addressed the concern.
