the location was great. across from the mall. Great food for breakfast. the bed was nice. we had early check in. The lobby was always open.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and very convenient. The value for money is truly great — you get comfort, convenience, and quality service at a reasonable price. We've been here for like 3 times and we truly enjoy our stay here with my friends. Comfortable yung room, mabait at accommodating yung mga staff, kaya sulit. May mga times lang na medyo mahina yung Wi-Fi connection, though hindi naman siya naging malaking issue dahil overall maganda pa rin yung stay namin. Special shoutout to Intern Yuri and Art from the front desk for being super friendly, approachable, and very helpful throughout our stay. Sila talaga yung nagdagdag ng magandang experience. Definitely we'll be back soon.

I honestly had a great stay at this hotel. Isa sa mga pinaka-nagustuhan ko is yung location niya. Super strategic because it's near different malls and other essential places, kaya sobrang convenient whether you're in Manila for business, leisure, or even a quick staycation. Another thing I loved was the city view especially at night. Ang ganda tignan and it really adds to the overall experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, while the indoor and outdoor amenities gave us more ways to relax and enjoy our stay. But what truly made the experience memorable was the excellent customer service. Special mention to Art from the Front Desk. From check-in until our stay, he consistently showed professionalism, a pleasing personality, and genuine hospitality. His warm smile and the way he sincerely assisted guests made us feel welcomed and valued. You can really tell that he enjoys what he does, and that kind of service makes a huge difference. Overall, with its excellent location, ambiance, great amenities, and outstanding staff, I can confidently say it's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Manila. Definitely worth every peso, and I'll surely recommend it to my family and friends. Looking forward to staying here again!

My name is Richard Tuazon. I would like to take this time to mention my stay at the Privato Hotel in Shaw Blvd. I am a resident of California visiting my son and daughter in law in Paco manila. My son and daughter in law spoke very highly of the Privato Hotel which is only about a few kilometers from where they live. My overall experience at Privato was excellent!
The dining area at the 6th floor was very good! it was spacious, clean and overlooking a city view. I specially like to mention the dining deck supervisor (Rodel M. Claricia) He is very hospitable and attentive to the guest, He is knowledgeable and always made sure dishes are readily available. Hire more people like Rodel! I will surely come back to Privato on my next visit.
