Good location with small issues.
Pros:

The location is perfect. The room was spacious. The SPA was really great especially during a rainy day, though, a bit small.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok'ish, but not sufficient for a small child. The mattress felt soft, but in the morning the back hurt for me and my wife.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future.
Pros:

The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. We were also impressed by how clean the hotel was. The atmosphere was warm, cosy, and inviting, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

Our little human missed having bacon at breakfast, and the swimming pool area could be updated to feel a little more modern and inviting. These are only minor suggestions for improvement and are not criticisms, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall.

Good as always!
Pros:

It’s really good location and very nice administration personnel. Always very helpful!

Cons:

As a bit construction going over Ronze river going, was really disturbing few times. But really have to mention that in the evening they not working!

Очень всё понравилось! Есть буквально пара технических мелочей.
Pros:

Отель люксового уровня по умеренной цене. Превзошёл ожидания. Особенно хочу отметить ресторан. Решили отметить там повод, и не ожидали настолько изысканной кухни. Спасибо этому отелю!

Cons:

Мелочи, но всё же.
Полотенцесушитель чуть бился током, так как включался в розетку без заземления. В ванной и прихожей невозможно выключить свет, нет выключателя. Только если достать ключ номера и выключить всю комнату.
Сауна работает утром, но не вечером. Из-за чего ей так и не воспользовались. Да и бассейн очень маленький, не по масштабу отеля.

The air conditioner didn't work, the staff didn't solve the issue
Cons:

The air conditioner was broken, luckily the weather was colder throughout the stay, except the first day. The temperature stayed around 25C, even during the night. Opening windows wasn't an option either because loud music from nearby restaurants till 2am. The noise would have woken up our baby, although the heat ruined the baby's sleep too. The staff didn't do much except polite talking... The following night was saved by the weather and during the day we were able to open windows as the street nearby wasn't too noisy, but of course later in the evening music has started again.
Also, I don't recommend getting the option with a private entrance as it isn't completely correct - it is shared with one more studio. In addition it was on the 3rd floor and getting for breakfast or SPA area requires going outside before getting to the main hotel.
