Categories

Cleanliness
9.4
Multiple reviews praise very clean, well-maintained and well-hygienized rooms and bathrooms; overall cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a strength.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and attentive in several languages; reception and service comments are strongly positive across reviews.
Location
8
Location is on the outskirts of Tafalla and near the highway — convenient for road travel and parking but not central for strolling into town; several guests noted the distance to the centre.
Room Quality
9.3
Rooms described as spacious, comfortable with good beds, large bathrooms and effective air conditioning; a few mentions of minor issues (elevator noise, very firm beds for some).
Amenities
8.4
Good basic amenities (AC, small fridge with water, ample parking, supermarket in building) but occasional missing items noted (no kettle, some missing bathroom extras, wifi problems reported in one review).
Value for Money
7.6
Mixed signals: several guests find the price-quality acceptable, but multiple comments cite the restaurant/breakfast as overpriced or limited in variety, reducing perceived value for some visitors.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast receives both praise (some call it excellent) and criticism; restaurant/dinner receives more negative comments (limited menu, not matching price) — overall F&B is uneven.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall very positive: quiet, comfortable stays with friendly staff and good facilities are repeatedly mentioned, making the general experience strongly favorable despite some serviceable negatives.
