Great breakfast selection, room need updating
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast. It offers a good variety, caters to all age groups, and is well presented.

Very stylish hotel in a good location. Bedroom well designed and super comfortable. Staff were very welcoming.
Pros:

My hotel room was immaculate. Bed was super comfortable. Air con worked well. Addition of a lounge in the room was great. Nice view across the harbour. Buffet breakfast was superb. So many options to choose from.

Super petit déjeuner et ménage de la chambre à améliorer !

Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable !!

Cons:

Le ménage dans la chambre était mal fait: il faut regarder sous le lit et bouger les meubles !!
À la piscine, il n’y avait plus de serviettes propres et l’emplacement n’est pas génial car au milieu des chambres.

素晴らしかった～
Pros:

朝食がおいしかったし、建物もクラシックで素敵でした。

Cons:

（ホテルとは直接関係ないけど）ホテルの周りは工事しているところが多かったので、スーツケースを引きずるのが割と大変だった。足元気を付けて。

Memorable and looking foward to returning
Pros:

I'm always reminded that we a great staff and service provided by the hotel it is always something you'll remember and will be on your mind when you plan your next vacation and Penang Royale Chullan has provided that. Clean and cool room, great shower, good pool and a good breakfast spread. Tried the room service and the food was delicious.

Cons:

The parking is small, but do understand that it is because of the area it self. Wish the parking next to the hotel was owned by them but I don't think that is the case.
