Stay was ok. Staff were good. Enjoyed the bar onsite.This is our first stay in a hotel for a while and will go back to
Pros:

The room was comfortable and had a microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge. We had a north facing room so we could see the mountains.

Cons:

Pool bathroom and lobby bathrooms were closed for our stay. Pool itself could use a cleaning and my wife found a toe nail by the hot tub.

Pros:

We were on our way back to Kalispell from Jasper so Radium was a perfect place to overnight. Plus we enjoyed the Hot Springs. Everything at the property was clean, updated. Least expensive place we had stayed on our trip, but the quality was as good as the places that cost more. Very good value

Great stay at Radium Hot Springs!
Pros:

Large, clean rooms. Lots of parking, biker friendly.

Cons:

Earlier breakfast hours would have been nice, but staff kindly directed us to the restaurant business next door so worked out fine.

Cons:

Cleanliness and treatment by staff. We took a deluxe suite for two nights. We were travelling with two special needs kids. But the suite was not properly cleaned. We shared the suite photos with the staff. They said they can't move us to a different suite at the moment but they will send the housekeeping the following morning to clean up and also mentioned they will give us a discount for the inconvenience. But nobody came. We informed the staff again and they made a note and said it will be addressed ASAP. Still no one showed up. Then during the time of our check-out, we brought up the issue again but the person in the reception said it's unfortunate but we can't do anything nor we can give you a discount.
