Two night stay
Pros:

Loved the location. Was perfect to go on any direction for sight seeing.
Many amenities nearby to grab food or coffee, or snacks.
The room was very clean, smelled good and the bed was very comfortable.
I loved being on the first floor as it was super easy to walk out the side door to my car which I could park right outside my window and keep an eye on it. No need to take the elevator to come and go.
The bathroom was nice with a well pressured showerhead.
We used the pool and Horton which was clean and well maintained. There were no towels, but staff was super helpful and fast to get more in there.
Thos hotel has two restiraunsts and a massage spa as well, which we didn't use, but nice to have the option.
We loved our stay and would definetly stay here again

Cons:

The coffee maker. As a coffee lover, this machine was not enough to sustain my morning coffee habit. But there is delicious coffee at the steamboat cafe next door, so not a big deal.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness, restaurant on site, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No handicapped bathroom accommodations, like grab bars on tub walls or shower chair when no walk-in shower was available. The US has regulations for people with limited mobility, a handicap, or disability.

Prima voor een nacht
Pros:

Nette kamer en gelukkig geen airco die veel herrie maakt. Was 9 jaar geleden wel het geval. Ontbijt is restaurant wat aan het hotel grenst, en die is nog steeds heerlijk. Jammer genoeg is voor diner in het zelfde restaurant de kaart gewijzigd en vonden wij het niet echt wat. Mijn man had fish and chips, vis heel dik gepaneerd en geen smaak. Heel jammer.

Cons:

Dat er sinds overname door Worldhotels, was Best Western, niet veel aan de kleur van de gang en kamers is gedaan. Donker en niet echt uitnodigend.

location and the room

Cons:

swimming pool was not working during our stay and staff’s service is just fair and not that friendly…we ask the housekeeping to just change and pickup our garbages and replace towels bec upon checkin we were given a choice if we want housekeeping to fix our bed and clean the room and i said no but communicated that we just want the garbages to be picked up and changed as well as the towels and i even talked to the cleaning lady but they did not do it for us and when i called front desk they instructed us to bring our garbage in the front and get new sets of towels there they didnt even bother to send somebody in our room to quickly pickup the garbage and give our towels its like they made it self service????and we are not happy with the service in general

Cons:

Front desk staff incompetent, and unprofessional, didnt know how to operate the debit machine when i showed up, forcing me to make a bunch of transfers just to find out that he didnt imput my card as a visa debit. He Was complaining about other guests to me as soon as i arrived, and behaved very flippant, displaying to me how other guests were behaving by tossing my card back at me. Facilities and room were clean and adequate for the price.

Comfortable, well situated hotel
Pros:

Well situated to Main Street of Radium. Staff v helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable. Didn’t eat here so couldn’t comment but enjoyed our one night stay
