An amazing time was had!
Pros:

The staff, the resort and the perks were all amazing!

Cons:

The cleanliness, I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and for fresh towels when I returned from our day at Chessington when there is a sign inside the room stating the room is cleaned daily unless stated otherwise by the sign to hang on the door.

Pues no me gustó un poco fue la atención del restaurante se demoraban en atender y luego te traían la comida fría para los precios que tienen pues pienso que debería haber una mejor atención en eso.

Pros:

Like the location. Easy to park the car . The room is in good location and can over looking the zoo . Good breakfast . Comfortable bed.

Don’t have enough tea and coffee facilities. No sweet treats

Great memories made at Safari Hotel .
Pros:

The option to have breakfast at 10.15 in the Aztec reastaraunt very satisfied .

Cons:

I was dissapointed that the swimming pool closed at 8 pm & did not open till 1pm .
Please open till 10pm again .

Would avoid staying at the resort.
Pros:

Lovely theme decor, welcoming staff. Staff were helpful when contacted about an issue.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was grit, dirt and darkness between the shower tiles, hairs on the shower floor. Bathroom mirror had stains. Grime in toilet and sink. Paint on the room counter too.

The tv kept turning on and off by itself. Thankfully staff came to help.

I asked about another room but I didn’t have time the next day to follow it up or it would take into our activity times.

Breakfast was very cheap tasting.

Beautiful views of the animals and close to the park with early access. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the splash pool wasnt open. More evening entertainment would be better for the children. Rooms were a little tired.

Personalet ved receptionen var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Knap så søde i restauranten om morgenen. Værelserne var gode, og da vores aircondition gik i stykker ved vores værelse, fik vi et nyt. Og Vi fik tidlig adgang til deres sommerland

Cons:

Vi købte dette ophold fordi der både havde legerum og børne pool, men ingen af disse var åbne, så det var rigtig skuffende. Maden på hotellet var ikke god.
