Awesome location near Bowie shops, restaurants, convenient to park and ride for the DC Metro. The hotel is somewhat average and probably been there a while but very well maintained and clean. Great bed, very comfy; it worked out very well for my visit to DC and the America 250 celebration and fireworks display. The breakfast isn't too great, packaged food mostly that's heat and eat.
What really stood out was were the employees, primarily Reyna at the front desk, but I only saw once, she was so sweet and kind in helping me figure out how to get to DC on the Metro and other places of interest in the area; she's definitely the type of person you want working at your establishment!! Also Jessica, shift manager (?) who was also working that day. She was really awesome in helping me answer some questions I had and also gave me really good advice. Both of them patiently, and with sincere interest, listened to my story of having been at the Bicentennial in 1976 and how important this trip was to me.
The other thing that really stood out at this property was the coffee, probably better than any other hotel I've stayed in over the past 40 plus years; it was a shame that they stopped serving it just past 11 am each day.
Overall a very nice place to stay in an extremely quiet and tranquil area with MANY convenient establishments close by, can't go wrong with this one!

Breakfast was wonderful
The room was smaller than I expected but everything was very nice. I really liked the convenient kitchenette and refrigerator.
I did not like the food at all. The breakfast option was heated sandwiches (I saw the employee take them out of the bags). The trays were on empty for long periods of time. There were little options for drinks.
Unfortunately, there were renovations occurring during our stay, making the breakfast a grab-n-go. otherwise, i would have given a higher rating.
