El hotel es bello, las habitaciones espectaculares y mejor ubicación no se puede pedir en SMA.

Cons:

El año pasado visitamos el hotel y nos encanto, por lo que en esta visita, decidimos nuevamente hospedarnos acá. Para nuestra sorpresa, el personal dejó muchos que desear, hasta llegar al punto que para el pago no entendemos que le hicieron a la terminal y nos pedían cancelar en efectivo. No estuvimos de acuerdo con esto y nos indicaron que pagáramos a la mañana siguiente, para sorpresa ese día la terminal si trabajo. Antes contaban con más detalles para el huésped, como colocar cajitas con chocolates, pero ya eso se perdió también.

Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. El equipo fue sumamente amable y flexible con nuestras peticiones.

Cons:

El baño de nuestra habitación tenia un domo muy grande y no tiene ventilación suficiente por lo que se encerraba mucho el calor. Durante las horas más calurosas es realmente sofocante.

ok, because of the location and the restaurants that are located near the hotel
Pros:

1. There was no help at the arrival, which is a 1/2 block from the hotel door
2, no restaurant. No place to have breakfast
3. No elevator
4. Rooms are on the roof, exposed to the sun and very hot
5. The air conditioner system was terrible. it provided only "fresh air"

Excelente lugar en San Miguel
Pros:

Nos encantó el lugar. Quizá la sugerencia que podría proponer es que el restaurant abra mas temprano y brinde desayunos, pues quisimos desayuna y aún no estaba abierto.

Cons:

La señal de Wi Fi es muy baja hasta la habitación. Podría mejorarse.

There was no breakfast…it would have been nice!

Cons:

When asked for restaurant recommendations, 1, Cumpanio, was good for breakfast but the dinner recommendations were awful. They didn’t recommend their hotel restaurant, which was odd, as we ate there one night, lovely atmosphere and the food was very good.
