Cleanliness
5.5
Multiple reviews call out dirty floors, stained towels, moldy grout and generally poorly maintained bathrooms; some rooms were cleaned daily but overall cleanliness is below expectations.
Service
9
Several mentions of helpful and attentive staff (night staff praised, friendly reception), 24/7 reception noted, though occasional absence at checkout was reported.
Location
9
Consistently praised: close to shops, near metro/bus/train, convenient for transfers and short stays.
Room Quality
7
Beds reported as comfortable but rooms show issues: awkward shower design, sliding doors with poor privacy, some wear and visible stains; mixed room quality.
Amenities
7.2
Basic amenities available (free Wi‑Fi, 24/7 reception); limited parking options for non-electric cars and otherwise standard low‑tier hotel amenities.
Value for Money
7
Generally seen as acceptable for short stays/transfer nights, but complaints about overpriced breakfast and some quality shortfalls affect perceived value.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Very limited comments; the breakfast is called overpriced and unimpressive by guests who mentioned it.
Overall Experience
8.8
Mixed reviews overall: strong location and service and comfortable beds support a positive stay for transit purposes, but cleanliness and bathroom issues hurt the experience for some guests.
