We chose this hotel for our wedding stay and getting-ready photos. Initially, a manager named Olga promised us special perks, including a late check-out. Closer to the date, she left the hotel, and none of our arrangements were recorded. I had to spend the days leading up to my wedding re-explaining everything. Even though we agreed on a 1:00 PM check-out, staff were knocking on our door at 11:00 AM. There is zero communication between the managers.

Breakfast was awful. On our wedding morning, the hall was filthy, tables were uncleaned, and food was empty (there wasn't even bread). It really ruined the mood on such a special day.

The hotel facilities are unkempt, the dining room is basic at best, but it feels like the hotel was frozen in time. We had electric strings coming out of the room mirror. All and all, not value for money.
