Le Sejour aurait pu etre plus reposant.

Declenchement pdt 3 j de azaka interne a 5h30 du matin. Ascenseur de chabbat en panne 8 etages a monter...
Il y avait 5 chabbat hatan orgnanise et les clients de l'hotel etaient places avec eux pour les repas, desagreable car tres bruyant et desordre sans avoir ete prevenu. Repas de chabbat a ameliorer.

התאכזבנו מאוד מהשהות במלון, ובוודאי שלא הרגשנו שהוא מצדיק את המחיר ששילמנו.
כבר בכניסה לחדר הורגש ריח חזק של טחב ועובש, והתחושה הכללית הייתה של חוסר ניקיון. האבק היה מורגש במקומות רבים, וגם השטיחים במסדרונות היו מלוכלכים ומוזנחים בצורה שלא מתאימה למלון ברמה הזו.
אחד הדברים הכי לא נעימים שקרו היה שבשעה 8:00 בבוקר המנקה פשוט פתחה את דלת החדר ללא דפיקה וללא רשות, בזמן שעדיין ישנו. זו פגיעה בפרטיות שלא אמורה לקרות בשום מלון.
במהלך הלילה נשמעו רעשים מוזרים מאזור המסדרון שהקשו מאוד על השינה, כך שגם מבחינת שקט לא הייתה חוויה טובה.
האוכל היה בינוני, עם מגוון מצומצם שלא עמד בציפיות. בנוסף, בבריכה אין מלתחות להחלפת בגדים אלא רק שירותים, דבר שמאוד לא נוח לאורחים.
באופן כללי, התחושה היא שהמלון אינו מתוחזק כראוי. הכול נראה מוזנח, חסר השקעה וזקוק לשיפוץ ולתחזוקה שוטפת.
לצערי, זו הייתה אכזבה גדולה, ובמחיר ששילמנו ציפינו לרמת ניקיון, שירות ותחזוקה גבוהה בהרבה. לא אחזור למלון הזה ולא אמליץ עליו.
