Tolles Hotel für einen Stadturlaub.
Pros:

Inhaberfamilie und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer (wir haben dort zwei mal übernachtet) sind modern in das alte Gebäude integriert worden. Auto wurde zu einem Parkplatz gebracht. Das Frühstück reichlich und weitere Angebote werden mündlich angeboten und schnell geliefert. Tolle "rund um" Versorgung. Mitarbeiter stets ansprechbar, alle "leben" das Haus.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Mooi hotel op toplocatie.
Pros:

Mooie locatie midden in het centrum. Kamer was mooi ruim met een moderne douche. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

Bed was niet heel comfortabel en er is geen airco aanwezig. Wel een soort waaier.

Pros:

Beautiful and central location, short walk to some of the best sites. Amazing.

Cons:

We were there on a vry hot day - (42 degrees C) - and top floor room was very hot. Fans provided but was still hot.

Cons:

O hotel não tem ar condicionado. Fazia um calor de 36 graus! Ficamos duas noites sem dormir com o calor. O ventilador disponibilizado soprava ar quente! No primeiro quarto que ficamos não tinha blackout na janela. Às 5h30 da manhã acordamos com o sol invadindo o quarto. Foi terrível! Depois mudamos para um quarto com blackout, mas o calor persistiu... impossível dormir! É necessário avisar no momento da reserva que não tem ar condicionado (no verão é uma hospedagem que não dá pra contratar - estraga a viagem)

Beautiful quaint, great location. A must if you’re visiting Rothenberg.
Pros:

The property is so quaint and stylish.
The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced location could not have been better.

Cons:

The only issue during our stay was Germany was experiencing a heat wave and due to the age of the building they do not have air-conditioning so it was a little challenging to sleep at night in the heat

Not the hotel’s fault , most hotels in the area don’t have AC due to historic nature of the town, they provided fans
Unfortunately climate change is bringing hotter days at earlier times of the year

Für einen Städtetrip super :-)
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig und man ist quasi mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal. Wir stellten abends um 23 Uhr fest, dass der TV nicht ging und es wurde alles versucht (mit zwei neuen Kabeln usw.), dass der Fernseher zum laufen gebracht wird und wurden dann in ein anderes Zimmer gebucht. Für uns rein optisch ein Upgrade.
Wir hatten kein Frühstück, daher können wir dazu leider nichts sagen.

Cons:

Der Preis für ein Zimmer ist leider sehr hoch.

We stayed in an apartment a couple of blocks from the hotel. The apartment was equipped with everything that we needed, it was spacious and very comfortable.

Fabulous stay in Rothenburg
Pros:

Beautiful old hotel In a fabulous location. We parked a car for 11 euros over night. The staff parked our car in a secure garage for us. We had breakfast which was great value and very generous. Room spacious and the location is perfect

Cons:

Nothing really, however there are stairs and no lift.

We had a delightful stay at Romantik Hotel Markusturm with my wife, our two children The hotel is charming and beautifully located in the heart of Rothenburg, perfect for exploring the old town on foot. Our room was in the annex building rather than the main house — exactly as described in the listing, so there were no surprises — and it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. A truly lovely place to stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!
