Pros:

El hotel esta situado cerca del centro de Valle de Bravo.
Nos lavaron el auto.
Tienen aguas a disposición del pasajero.
Jabón artesanal en el baño

Cons:

Hicimos una reserva para 5 y al comienzo nos dieron cuarto con 2 camas, nos cambiaron de cuarto y nos dieron cuarto con 3 camas... igual no alcanzabamos si eranos 5 adultos... así que nos tocó dormir 3 en 1 sola cama... falla quizá de la aplicación pero fue una mala noche.
Bulla afuera en la calle.
Elboerdonal no muy amable.
Nos cobraron el desayuno... 100 pesos solo por un plato con 3 láminas de fruta... 230 por 2 pancakes... caro para lo que es.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The property itself was lovely. Our beds were some of the most comfortable beds we’ve stayed at in a hotel. Our room was dark, which was good for sleeping but not great during the day. Our room was very quiet. The breakfast was made to order and was delicious.

Cons:

Our sons’ room was quite noisy – faced the street.

Un lugar con magia
Pros:

Es un lugar muy lindo, lleno de plantas, camas cómodas, habitaciones super limpias. Hay agua fresca para beber en los pasillos.

Todas las veces que comimos ahí estuvo delicioso.

Lo que mas agrega valor y un toque especial es que cada una de las personas que nos atendieron lo hicieron con el corazón, no solamente desde este entrenamiento de atención al cliente sino genuinamente son personas entregadas que hacen su trabajo con gusto.

No esperaba que el jacuzzi estuviera incluido, ni que lavaran mi auto el día que hacíamos check out. Sin duda han sido detalles que me sorprendieron gratamente.

Gran lugar para descansar, disfrutar y comer rico.
Pros:

La atención y el servicio, muy cómodo y una ubicación perfecta. Muy limpio y tiene estacionamiento muy seguro. La comida muy buena. El agua natural es muy deliciosa. Las conchas de chocolate son deliciosas.

Alojamiento excelente para viajar en familia
Pros:

Trato del personal excelente, el desayuno variado y exquisito. Nos lavaron el coche por fuera sin coste adicional, además incluye parking gratuito. La habitación es espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para ir en familia.

Cons:

La verdad es que es el tipo de alojamieto rural ideal que busco, y solo pasamos una noche por lo que no detectamos "defectos". Sí que es cierto que conseguimos una oferta muy buena en Booking y probablemente no habríamos elegido el alojamiento sin ese descuento especial ya que nuestro presupuesto suele ser limitado.

Pros:

Las camas son cómodas, la regadera genial, reservamos el jacuzzi sin costo extra y el desayuno era muy completo y ni hablar de las instalaciones mucha naturaleza, todo Súper bonito y todo el personal muy amable. 100% recomendable, espero pronto regresar.

Cuidan cada detalle
Pros:

Las habitación que nos tocó estaba muy linda, amplia, limpia, con varios detalles de cortesía, reservamos una habitación mas pequeña y por cortesía nos dieron una más grande, el hotel en general está muy lindo, ideal para sentirte en Valle de Bravo. Nuestra reserva incluía desayuno el cual esta muy bien servido. La ubicación es buena, llegas super rápido al zócalo, para el embarcadero si hay que caminar un poquito más. El estacionamiento esta justo frente al hotel y el detalle de que te laven el auto 10/10. Cuidan cada detalle y sin duda lo recomiendo!

Good option for one night stay
Pros:

Very friendly restaurant and hotel perssonel. Hotel is a bit to a side from center but in 10 mins walk you reach central square. Very good parking if you come with the car.

Cons:

Breakfast is very poor and almost no selection. Walls are like from paper so you can hear anything around. There is a coffee machine inside appartment, but coffee is not tasty for European :)
