La cama era muy grande y cómoda. El personal es muy amable, te dan varios cupones de descuento para el bar, lavandería, etc, te da un té con galletitas a la llegada y te acompañan hasta la habitación. Tenía una reunión de trabajo y me dejaron hacerla en una sala después del check out. El desayuno era tipo buffet y muy abundante con mucha variedad. Justo en frente tienes un supermercado, una barbería y varios puestos para comer.
La ubicación, está un poco lejos de la ciudad imperial y la zona de los templos, a unos 10-15 minutos en coche.

great central location, everything about the staff and the facilities were just perfect, breakfast was out of this world delicious with a great variety, room was clean and comfortable, staff are super friendly and amazingly helpful, special mention for Phuong and Tuyen who looked after us so wonderfully, the pool was clean and had a great view, roof top bar has fabulous views and great cocktails, highly recommend

Lovely place to stay, the on-site restaurant was fabulous- the breakfast buffet was very extensive spanning many different countries classic breakfast choices. The room was very spacious and a huge comfortable bed - good air conditioning and hot water in the shower- the bath tub was a nice touch too.
It was a little far from the main town action and concentration of restaurants and shops - but all still within walking distance and it had a laundry shop next door and a mini mart across the street. The in-house laundry was very expensive but the shop next door was brilliant offering same day service for the same price as one or two garments in house.
rooftop restaurant was great - good food and great view of the city.
Wonderful staff and a good location. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable.
The Aircon struggled to keep the room cool at times.
The swimming pool was full of screaming children so I couldn't use.
Our package said it came with 30 minute massage, this turned out to be a foot massage

Une nouvelle employée nous a interdit l'accès à la piscine une demi heure avant l'heure normale de la fermeture. Elle s'est rattrapée 3 jours plus tard en venant s'excuser à notre départ malgré l'heure très matinale, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié et du coup nous lui pardonnons volontier sa maladresse. Elle était vraiment désolée et je suis sûr qu'elle sera une employée modèle

The room was big and very clean. The breakfast had al lot o options and good.
The bed could be more confortable as we could feel some of the mattress springs.
Also the bathtub was a bot too high which was a bit unconfortable

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The hotel was comfortable and accommodating for the price point. A nice central location nestled amongst what felt like authentic Vietnamese locals. Highly recommend staying here!
Information on the spa treatment costs and other services could have been more easily available. But it's such a minor feedback point when the Reception staff were so friendly and helpful.
