Bed was really hard. Not comfortable. The tub was too high for me. It was hard to get in and out of the tub.
Staff amazing from start to finish. Room great ac, hot shower, large comfy bed, fridge etc. Also a smart TV with screen mirroring. A nice indoor pool and gym. Used the restaurant once food very good and reasonably priced and service friendly and impeccable. Also used the Sky bar with amazing views. A really nice stay.
Was a little ill on my first night so tried to sleep during the day on a Sunday. Constant banging prevented this sounded like room repairs. Room was cleaned on day 2 and breakfast and meal discount vouchers removed. Sorted at reception.
Mooi hotel op een uitstekende locatie, dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. De bedden sliepen heerlijk. Een aanrader voor een comfortabel verblijf!
Mooi hotel, mooie plek/goed gelegen, schoon en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Dat je niet standaard een kam, tandenborstel etc krijgt. Dat doen ze voor de natuur zeggen ze (zo n groen verhaal). Je krijgt t op aanvraag. Groen is goed, maar laat het mezelf bepalen of ik zo n borstel gebruik of niet.

Une vue exceptionnelle, un hôtel impeccable et un très bon petit-déjeuner. Tout était très propre, et le personnel était chaleureux, accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
La cama era muy grande y cómoda. El personal es muy amable, te dan varios cupones de descuento para el bar, lavandería, etc, te da un té con galletitas a la llegada y te acompañan hasta la habitación. Tenía una reunión de trabajo y me dejaron hacerla en una sala después del check out. El desayuno era tipo buffet y muy abundante con mucha variedad. Justo en frente tienes un supermercado, una barbería y varios puestos para comer.
La ubicación, está un poco lejos de la ciudad imperial y la zona de los templos, a unos 10-15 minutos en coche.

You can hear people in the hallway sometimes and my particular room didn't have a fridge handy to store water
great central location, everything about the staff and the facilities were just perfect, breakfast was out of this world delicious with a great variety, room was clean and comfortable, staff are super friendly and amazingly helpful, special mention for Phuong and Tuyen who looked after us so wonderfully, the pool was clean and had a great view, roof top bar has fabulous views and great cocktails, highly recommend

Lovely place to stay, the on-site restaurant was fabulous- the breakfast buffet was very extensive spanning many different countries classic breakfast choices. The room was very spacious and a huge comfortable bed - good air conditioning and hot water in the shower- the bath tub was a nice touch too.
It was a little far from the main town action and concentration of restaurants and shops - but all still within walking distance and it had a laundry shop next door and a mini mart across the street. The in-house laundry was very expensive but the shop next door was brilliant offering same day service for the same price as one or two garments in house.
