Wellness und Städtetrip perfekt vereint
Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit beeindruckender Architektur und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück.

Die Zimmer waren groß, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch der schöne Außenpool und der Wellnessbereich haben uns sehr gut gefallen und für zusätzliche Erholung gesorgt.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Good hotel with modern infrastructures
Pros:

Modern, good infrastracture and amazing lobby.

Cons:

The one night we’ve stayed, there were loud music outside. Apparently a wedding? With big boxes and everything. Even with windows closed the sound break the barrier. Could have warned people who are close to the pool. We were shocked.

فندق ومنتجع جميل جدا من حيث الموقع والخدمات، يوجد به حمامين للسباحه واحد مغلق والآخر مفتوح، كما يوفر منطقه ألعاب للأطفال ومنطقه لممارسة الألعاب للكبار ، الإفطار متنوع وتوجد به عدة أماكن للجلوس والاسترخاء، مستوي النظافه عالي جدا جميع الموظفين ودودين ولطفاء ويتمتعون بدرجة عاليه من الاحتراف في اللباقه والتعامل، يتوفر مواقف للسيارات مجانا،افضل مكان للاسترخاء والراحة والهدوء كانت تجربة ممتازة جدا سوف اكررها مستقبلا وانصح بتجربتها،

Some of the staff are really great.

Cons:

There was no separation between the pools for the children (and specifically INFANTS) and adults. The staff at spa and pool were indifferent to serving, welcoming and showing the guests the facilities. Also, some staff were unfamiliar with the facilities. Furthermore, some staff at the peoples restaurant were very cold in dealing with the guests specifically those who are from other countries.
The food served, in what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, is of a medium quality.
The reception do not consider the age of the gusts when they allocate rooms. We, I and my wife who are of an advanced age, where given a room furthest away from the elevator and with a turabl view and had some bugs issues.

Отличный отель. Один из лучших в Турции

Отличный отель. Возможно лучший в Турции. Мы много путешествуем но этот гораздо лучше именитых Хилтонов и других 5 звезд.

Cons:

Жалюзи в туалет и душ. Странный фетиш подглядывать за другими в туалете. Мы за метили, что это только в этом городе так любят. Если придираться как зануда то только то, что вода в бассейне на улице холодная была :)
