Pros:

L'emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied dans le centre ville, parking juste à côté. Personnel très sympathique. Rooftop avec piscine très agréable pour se reposer après les balades. Petit déjeuner très copieux et de qualité.

Cons:

Chambre petite difficulté pour ouvrir 2 valises.

Comfortable base in Funchal
Pros:

Very conveniently located for a first visit to Funchal, next to the Municipal Garden and near to all the main sites of tourists interest. The staff, across the board, were very friendly and helpful. There were nice breakfast choices, and a low-key bar with a friendly server next to the pool on the roof.

Cons:

The plumbing could stand to be freshened up a little; leaky shower hose, that sort of thing.

Nice base in the City centre
Pros:

Great location, with a lovely roof terrace and pool. Good breakfast.

Cons:

We booked a TWIN room but they allocated a double room. They were only able to change our room on the 2nd night.

Excellent centrally located hotel with the bonus of the rooftop pool & terrace
Pros:

Friendly staff at the rooftop bar who made us all feel so welcome, small swimming pool which is great for cooling down during the heatwave, very centrally located.

Cons:

Bedrooms need a little updating

Pros:

The location was great, and the underground parking, at a modest extra cost, was very good. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

We were unlucky with the room we were allocated, as it was internal, looking over a communal patio area. We didn't feel we could open the curtains while in the room,, because it was overlooked. The bathroom also had a bad odour due to an issue with the drainage.

Uma estadia muito boa
Pros:

Sim o café da manhã muito bom

Cons:

Refrigerador, não estava funcionando, eles trocaram, mas qdo vc tira o cartão pra sair do quarto desliga tudo , até a frigobar, e qdo vc chega as coisas no frigobar não estão geladas, eu deixei meu remédio e foi um perigo pois não ficou em temperatura fresca o tempo todo.
