Friendly service, clean rooms. It was our fifth year at the property & we were even given an upgrade this time, which was a lovely surprise.
Nothing springs to mind; our room didn’t have air conditioning but thankfully it wasn’t hot enough to be a factor & there was a fan in the room.
Plenty of choices for breakfast. Staff very friendly and professional. Reception staff very helpful too. Room extremely clean and housekeeping very good.
Only minor. Either more choices on menu in ‘The Rocks’ or change more often. Same menu for 3 nights there. The Palm restaurant had plenty of good choices though.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable
Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Zentrums, wunderschön über dem Meer gelegen. Schöne Aussicht aus den Zimmern. Mit Swimmingpool und Aussenpool.
Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, überteuert. Zwei Zimmer gebucht. Normales Zimmer war unter dem Dach eine sehr kleine Kammer ohne Platz, aber mit Klimaanlage. Kein Safe, keine Kaffeemaschine. Im zweiten Zimmer (deluxe) war es etwas grösser, aber es hatte keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, schmutziger Teppich, rote Nagellackflecken am Bett. Kein Safe. Fenster liessen sich nur teilweise öffnen, es war extrem heiss.
Einrichtung teilweise sehr alt und kaputt, Lift schmutzig.
Eingangsbereich schön eingerichtet.
Frühstücksbüffet nur kleine Auswahl.
Das Personal war sehr nett.

La vue est reelement magnifique
Notre chambre n’avait pas de fenetre du tout. Ce n’était pas une sorte de skylight comme suggère mais une chambre absolument borgne. La personne de l’accueil a été absolument epouvantable dans la gestion de la situation et n’a pas sa place dans le secteur de l’hospitalité.
Par ailleurs la cuisine est infecte et les installassions vetustes
The views from this hotel are beautiful. Breakfast was great with a large selection on offer. Room was nice and spacious and very clean.

The weather!
The indoor pool was great for our little one as she was a bit shy to go to the beach. Breakfast and food overall was good too.
Parking was a bit tight but it is normal in a very busy place, saying this there was always an open space for our car.
