Checked in with a free upgrade surprise to a nice suite with balcony looking toward the Piazza .
Hotel looks new but the sign outside is very dark , not easy to spot the entrance . My room was spacious but the shower room was quite small and door was tiny to get into it.Overall it was an excellence stay , breakfast was just Ok , hotel was in walking distance to the centre.

Cons:

Not hotel fault : road work at the moment so it took me a few turns to get to the hotel carpark

Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was simply perfect. The atmosphere is incredibly calm, cozy, and beautifully boutique-style, which I personally loved as I’m not a fan of large hotels.

The room was beautiful and spotless, the bed extremely comfortable, and the bathroom absolutely stunning and spacious.

The moment you walk into the hotel, you instantly start to relax!!!

Breakfast was excellent, but the true highlight of my stay were the two amazing receptionists. They helped me so much with navigating Sicily, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made my entire stay even more special and memorable. People like them are exactly what makes a hotel truly feel like a hotel. They were a perfect example of how hospitality should look, and I’m incredibly grateful for their kindness and care throughout my stay.

Thank you for such a lovely experience — I would happily come back anytime.

Cons:

unpraktische Handhabung Wasserhahn Waschbecken, es ist (und es ging nicht anders) trotz Vorsicht immer alles geschwommen, wenig Ablagefläche

スタッフが皆さん親切で感じ良かった。名所旧跡に近く便利でした。

Cons:

しいてあげるなら、チェックアウトが早朝で朝ごはん用のボックスを用意してくれたのは有りがたかったが、イタリア特有の甘い菓子パン4つと林檎。林檎は皮剥けないから食べませんでした。ジュースがあれば良かったです。
