Pros:

We loved this hotel. The staff were amazing and the room was great. The breakfast was so good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The location was perfect. They helped us get a taxi to the airport and let us hang in the courtyard until we were picked up. AMAZING!

Cons:

There was construction going on out front so it made parking a bit difficult but that is not the hotel's fault.

A real oasis in the heart of the city and a hotel I’d easily recommend.
Pros:

Location is great and staff were informative and really welcoming. The hotel is really modern design, and comfortable, including the beds. Best sleep of the week in hot weather. Staff were accommodating in keeping our luggage on final day and organising airport transfer. Thank you. Also received great tip for a beach location further down the coast for another stay.

Cons:

Odd that the hotel appears to have no bar aside from a specific time 17:30-19:00 (Apperitivi). There was a mini bar to be fair but it didn’t seem right to open a full wine bottle for a glass at 10pm

Pros:

Great staff. Great location.

Cons:

Avoid booing the attic room on the top floor. There are no windows; only skylights. It felt a bit claustrophobic. Also, the elevator doesn't go up to this floor. Not a problem generally, but it's a pain to lug suitcases .

Pros:

This hotel is beautifully designed with excellent service. Interesting modern design melded into historic building.
Very clean, very welcoming and helpful service with great rooms (lovely comfortable bed with very good bedding). We also ate at the restaurant and the food was amazing, again with excellent service.

Cons:

Nothing, only negotiating the traffic to get there!

Nice hotel, slightly too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

They have own parking garage (at extra cost) hence no need to search for parking space. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

No closet /drawers for clothes. We stayed with the suitcase serving as closet. The room safe was malfunctioning, the could not fix it, and did not offer even symbolic compensation.

Cute hotel, great location
Pros:

This hotel is quiet with cute, clean rooms and a lovely breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the neighborhood is quite and clean. You could easily navagate and walk to attractions and there were lots of dining options nearby.

What a wonderful hotel! Our room (junior suite) was exceptional! The design was beautiful, with original features but also all mod cons and a super quiet and efficient air conditioner. Comfortable bed overlooking quiet courtyard. The breakfast was beautifully presented in beautiful surroundings. Good quality food and friendly service from all staff. We loved the decor of this hotel and the location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, tours ect. Happy to hear the hotel restaurant is expanding. I think it will do well! Highly recommend.
