אהבתי את המיקום, השירות של הצוות והחדר שהיה מרווח

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר דלה ודי זהה בכל יום, החדר לא נוח (הייתה מדרגה בחדר כלומר מפלס שני שהיה מאוד גבוה).

Overall, our stay was good.
Pros:

The hotel itself was very clean, the housekeeping was excellent, I also really liked the floor of the room. The pattern and the tiles were very nice. The lady at reception in the morning and until noon was very nice and welcoming. I’m not sure about the gentleman at reception at night; he seemed a little unwelcoming, maybe he was tired when we arrived.

The breakfast was lovely. I really liked the fresh juices and homemade jams.

Cons:

But one thing I really didn’t appreciate was the layout of the small bar area. It was in the bathroom area, with the hangers above the bar and the fridge directly in front of the bathroom sink. Maybe some people don’t mind it, but I didn’t like having the kitchen/bar area shared with the bathroom sink.

Also, at night, we could hear some sounds coming from the pipes, and it was disruptive.

Belle escale à Catania
Pros:

La propreté, l’emplacement , le mobilier, le petit déjeuné la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

On nous a soi-disant surclassé et notre chambre avait des velux fermés, donc pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtres et le système ultra moderne très sophistiqué ne nous nous permettait pas de régler la climatisation etc.

L’aria condizionata a 18.5 gradi in camera non va bene, per la salute e per l’ambiente. Il pianeta sta bruciando e bisogna essere attenti a non sprecare energia e causare ulteriore surriscaldamento. Tutti dobbiamo impegarci in questo.

The only place to stay in Catania central!
Pros:

Excellent communication, lovely staff, perfect location. The hotel is a beautiful renovation of an original building, it feels modern while still celebrates its heritage. It’s quiet and comfortable and so spacious. The staff were the best we encountered during our 2 week stay in Sicily - they were welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Good hotel for one night in Catania, friendly staff and close to central.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent location, very good breakfast with local products, nice modern room.

Cons:

We had ants in our room on the fourth floor and stains on the bedsheets when we arrived and after we asked for them to be changed. The toilet is barely separated from the room with a frosted glass wall and door (not that discrete).

Pros:

Dit is één van de beste hotels waar we ooit hebben verbleven! Alles was gewoon perfect. Het restaurant is ster-waardig. Het personeel super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De kamer prachtig. De bedden heerlijk. Locatie kan niet beter.

Buono, ma alcune cose da modificare.
Pros:

Due i punti di forza della struttura: il personale sempre gentile, affabile, disponibile, professionale, pronto nella risposta e nel risolvere piccoli problemi (ad esempio, avevo bisogno di una camera con due letti singoli, ma nel prenotare deve esserci stato forse un errore da parte mia, e risultava una doppia con letto matrimoniale: hanno subito trovato un'altra camera adatta alle mie richieste); avevo bisogno di arrivare il più vicino possibile all'entrata dell'hotel con l'auto, ed ho avuto immediatamente il permesso per la zona ZTL. La qualità del cibo è eccellente, sia per la colazione, sia per il ristorante dove abbiamo cenato la prima sera (abbiamo preso un'ombrina davvero buona; è stata la cena migliore di un soggiorno di 10 giorni nella Sicilia sud-orientale). Posizione della struttura comoda e centrale. Pulizia eccellente. Stile sobrio, elegante, moderno.

Cons:

In primo luogo la stanza che abbiamo scelto era ad un livello raggiungibile con una scala: questa notizia l'ho colta leggendo alcune domande dopo aver prenotato. Avrebbe dovuto essere più in evidenza, perché è vero che le valigie le porta il personale, sempre gentile, ma magari qualcuno può avere problemi di deambulazione anche momentanei. In secondo luogo, l'architetto minimalista che ha ristrutturato la struttura ha privilegiato la purezza delle forme, valore estetico sicuramente apprezzabile, ma a scapito della funzionalità: niente cassetti dove mettere oggetti, vestiti, etc.; pochi ganci nella zona bagno dove poter appendere asciugamani; il bagno non ha finestre né aspiratori. Il letto matrimoniale ha una distanza dalle prese luce non raggiungibile da braccio umano.

Tutto benissimo
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale a due passi dal duomo, in una bellissima piazza del teatro. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi inconveniente. Camera junior suite bellissima, molto grande e arredata finemente.
