Ubicación inmejorable frente al metro en barrio céntrico y bonito (Insandong e Iksandong hanok) Habitación grande. Buen baño (separado ducha de inodoro). Cama cómoda. Buena insonorización (la calle está siempre muy animada con puestos de comida callejera y en nuestra habitación, a pesar de estar en la tercera planta, no se oia nada!).
Para un europeo es un poco extraño que un hotel tenga la recepción (check-in y check-out) en la última planta/azotea del hotel.
Se pierde un poco más de tiempo en el ascensor, pero no es mayor problema.
Well located, pleasant staff, comfortable room
The elevator has loud publicity, the iron in the basement was not functioning. I went to another hotel in Seoul during the same stay for a similar price and found it was better value for money.

Third time staying here. Rooms are smallish but clean and comfy and great location to walk to station and cool cafes. LOVED the communal games room area and great buffet breakfast.

The location is perfect, on a street that comes to life 8pm onwards with street stalls of local food bustling with residents and a metro top right in front of the hotel too. In the mornings it's a short walk from Hanok village. Couldn't have chosen a better spot to stay in.
Loved that there were laundry facilities but the inside of the washing machine drum could use a little cleaning (I cleaned it myself).
Staffs are super friendly, and the facilities look new and clean! I like the design :)
The gym was also great, with water to refill.
I lived at 3F, a floor above the common area. I don't know if it's from there, the street, or buildings nearby, it was really noisy at night. I couldn't fall asleep unfortunately, which defeats my main purpose of the stay -- to rest. But otherwise it's good! Maybe it will be better at other floors.
Excellent location
Breakfast opens at 7:30 am. I think it would be better at 7 due to tours, traveling schedules. It's a hip breakfast place serving American dishes like sunny side up eggs, scramble, bacon, sausage, toast, tater tots, and pastries. Besides that they had chicken, miso soup, veggies, kimchi, and fermented rice dessert and drink. Kid friendly. I used their kid friendly plates.

I had a very good stay at this hotel overall. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions. The subway station is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, and the airport limousine bus stop is just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the hotel also has excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a convenient self-service laundry.
The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively neighborhood with many outdoor restaurants and bars. While this creates a vibrant atmosphere during the evening, it also means that it can get quite noisy at night. The restaurants and bars remain open until around 3:00 a.m., and I could hear constant street noise from my room, which made it difficult to fall asleep.
