Pros:

Lokasi strategik di tengah bandar.

Cons:

Tdk berbaloi dgn harga. Berus gigi, ubat gigi, peti sejuk mini tiada disediakan. Tandas kotor. Terutama bawah singki. Berlumut seolah2 tdk pernah dibersihkan. Terlalu banyak perabot kayu sehingga bilik jadi sempit. Tingkap berhabuk. Dua tahun lalu pernah stay sini, sgt memuaskan hati. Tapi kali ne sgt2 kecewa.
