Revisited the Anesis hotel for a family hotel after staying in there in 2025.

Other than staying B&B this time and having a top floor room my review is exactly the same as last year.

Really good hotel in a good location with good, clean rooms and amenities for all.

Staff are very helpful and friendly with a good atmosphere.

We have booked again for next August

Wonderful hotel, very clean, staff very helpful. We are bed and breakfast and couldn't fault it. Great pool and perfect location. Quiet even when busy which is what we wanted and so close to the beach, main streets and bars. Would highly recommend for families and couples. Plus the drinks are cheap!

Excellent location and staff. Very nice pool atmosphere and gardens, but pool warmer than it should be. Very clean and modern rooms but no hair softener available. The safe box was old fashioned, with a key and no pin code, and you have to pay 2 euros/daily use. No towels given for the pool so you have to bring your own. Hotel generally very clean. Breakfast was great, you could even have cold coffee, which I found nowhere else. Dinner was very good even though the food choice was limited.

Just back from a 10 day holiday stay at Anesis Hotel with a family of 6. I have never once left a review for anything in my life but I feel Anesis deserves it. I'd like to leave a special shoutout to Dilyana and all of the staff at Anesis Hotel who welcomed us and made us feel and home and gave us the best experience we have had at a hotel.

The location was perfect for what we required just a 5 minute walk to nissi avenue and if you enjoy a party the square is a 10 minute walk.

The atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. It was extremely chill and the staff were very helpful. No matter what you were doing you could relax at Anesis.

We had 3 rooms booked and they were absolutely perfect. I personally had a family room booked (for 2) for the additional space and it was great. Modern but basic rooms with everything you need and a very good balcony.

Value for money is second to none in the hotel. They offer a good drinks menu along side lunch and dinner (breakfast is included for everyone). The prices for things were very reasonable a typical meal setting you back between €12-€16 and the portions were good.

The clealiness of the hotel was superb not even just for the rooms but for every part of the hotel. A special shoutout to all the cleaning staff who made sure that each customer enjoyed their stay.

Noise levels never got to a high level from my memory, you get some cars speeding past in the night but thats also no trouble.

Myself my wife and 3 sons , with my eldest sons girlfriend are just back from 10 nights in the anesis.... from minute 1 untill we left i can't think of one bad thing , cleanliness 10/10 , atmosphere 10/10 , food 8/10 rooms 10/10 location 10/10 but most of all the staff , 11/10 everyone so nice and friendly, especially the fair haired "lady" who worked at the bar didn't get her name but an absolute lady... and the cleaner Wendy, lovely and a smile that would light up a room... hated having to leave but we'll be back... so again I just want to thank everyone in the anesis for making our holiday what it was... thank you 😊

Absolutely great hotel, lovely friendly staff, super clean and lovely rooms, great pool, good and very reasonable food and drink. Very close to harbour and all things happening but still not noisy at all. Air con, wifi, would absolutely recommend the hotel, the people and the resort.

Absolutely fantastic to go, especially with kids, they have a big pool and a separate pool for small children. Amazing and helpful staff. Clean, nice and cool inside the entire hotel and of course separate ac in the rooms for a good night sleep. Nothing negative from me. Thank you for your service. Looking forward to visiting again😃

For a budget hotel experience, it was what u was expecting for the price. The food was adequate for what I needed. The pool was decent for my child’s purpose. The rooms were spacious, maintained and cleaned to a good standard. As well as the location being accessible to the main area, beach’s, restaurants, other facilities. As well as being close to other attractions. The atmosphere wasn’t the greatest, in the sense that it didn’t provide entertainment for the guests or any form of evening interaction.
Which was sort of a let down for me, overall it suited what I needed. Not sure I’d rush back in any hurry though.

Hotel was fab. Family of 5... Had a family room and twin next to each other. The family room had 3 beds and was good to have extra space.

The chefs cooking the evening meals were amazing 5* food .you can see they both really put effort in to making tasty meals.

Hotel was 5 min to beach , 5 min to the quieter part of the strip with restaurants ,shops. Maybe 10 mins to the clubs . Heard no noise in hotel.

We had a room overlooking entrance . We had some sun and was a little more private than overlooking pool.

Never had an issue with sunbeds although we only stopped for hour or 2 by pool. Mixture of couples ,families and groups .

The bus stop was less than 10 min away 2 euro an adult ... Which takes you to most of the sites and beaches.

Uk plugs and tv stations .

40euro for late check out.
Perfect spot. Would definitely stay again.

We had a really nice stay at Anesis Hotel with our two children.

The location was perfect for us — close to the center, restaurants, shops, the amusement park, and the marina. The pool was great, and our kids really enjoyed spending time there.

The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

We had a great family vacation and would happily recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel convieniently located to the shopping and party area and perfect for evening walks.
The hotel had a nice family orientated atmosphere and staff were very polite and helpful.
The room waa clean and bright with a good size bathroom and air conditioning which was essential in the warm nights.
The hotel was great value for money and would defimitely recommend for families.
The hotel was very quiet which was surprising considering how close to the town it is.
The pool area was amazing with plenty of sun loungers, a bar area for drinks and a nice variety of smoothies, soft drinks and milkshakes for those who dont drink alcohol.
The food was lovely with a nice variety at breakfast and dinner each night.

Beautiful hotel with a picturesque pool area great for all ages. The management and staff are friendly, professional and always there to help a large restaurant dining area which extends outside for a 3* rating it is amazing scrupulously clean. The rooms are comfortable with daily housekeeping visits, fridge air conditioning and hair come with the room. The beach and picturesque harbour is only a short walk away as well as the resort centre with lots of shops and restaurants to eat out.

Third time we have been at the Anesis hotel and it’s been as enjoyable as the previous stays .
We had a superior room with large balcony and a pool/sea view which was clean, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food and drinks.
The pool is a nice place to relax and the pool bar serves tasty snacks and has a good selection of drinks.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming with Chris the night receptionist being the best for his helpfulness and knowledge of the surroundings when asking questions about various bars and restaurants.
A wee gem of a hotel, try it out.

Just returned home from a fantastic week at Anesis with my husband and 6 year old. This was our second time staying (previous visit was 2 years ago) and it was exactly as I remembered.
The staff are exceptional & all very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned every day and all other areas spotlessly clean.
We were B&B and there is a good selection of cold/ hot food. We did eat lunch 3 days from the hotel restaurant (served at the tables beside the pool) and there is a great choice. My daughter loved the pool and it is a good temperature.
There is no evening entertainment but this is not needed due to the close proximity to the main streets- the Queen Vic pub has acts on most nights.
Some restaurant recommendations are Bella Italy, Clarabel, Ayianapitika , Da Vinci and taverna nissi which is at nissi beach.
Went on the bus to Nicosia this time as a wee day trip (bus is opposite monastery and takes about 1 hour 10mins)
Hope to visit again soon!

stayed 14th to 21 st had a fabulous week here, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is in a excellent position with easy access to the beaches and the strip,
we were bed & breakfast ,the breakfast had large variety of options and was well presented ,throughout the week we sampled the bar food menu again a wide variety and lovely food, and on a couple of occasions we sampled the evening buffet again really nice food.
we had no complaints about the room ,perfect for our stay ,,we stayed in the margadina hotel 500mtrs away last visit ,this hotel was far superior
the pool area was a lovely area to be able to relax ,and no fighting for sunbeds some days we went to the pool area around 10ish and still 50+ sunbeds available
although the pool was a bit challenging first thing a little chili
overall a fab stay, not a single moan/complaint .
we don't generally go to the same hotel ever ,this is a hotel I would revisit without doubt

We loved it here it was so so fancy! The breakfast buffé was unbelievably big and really good with lots and lots of options! Within the price of the room. And the room itself was SO fancy with a BIG balcony. And we swam in the pools

A good standard hotel, clean, close to downtown and beach. Nice and diverted breakfast.
Hotel personnel kind and helpful.
I have to emphasize one more thing: Miss Dilyana at the bar, such a joyful, pleasant person. She has always a smile on her face, good to fix cocktails and very professional. We gonna miss her til next time.

We've been here end of april together with a big group of friend. We've had the best time plain and simple. A family business with the owners always at the location very clean and the staff extremely friendly and professional. If you go there Diljana at the bar/restaurant is your go to person. She is amazing a top star in customer service. Other than that the swimming pool is great and the placement is perfect near city center and marina but a little bit on the side so you don't get all the fuss. Overall EXCELLENT !

The hotel was very clean and well-organized, with an incredibly lovely staff. I highly recommend it.
