Give this hotel a miss
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No air con, rooms whilst have been refurbished to a point they still look very dated. Toilet separate from bathroom located in a cupboard. Lift antiquated could only fit in two adults and a small overnight case.
We were advised that aircon has not worked since June and would not be fixed until some time in the future when a full refurbishment is planned. Best Western still advertise Full Aircon on Booking.com

Pros:

Terrible night at the Best Western Hotel d'Arc
Cons:

Air conditioning system not working. Bathroom and toilet door locks broken. Shower tray mouldy. No ventilation. Because of air conditioning not working we had to leave patio doors open which made it very noisy. Overall very disappointed with our stay.

4 stelle dove?
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel e l'ambiente belle epoque

Cons:

Hotel piuttosto vecchio e mal tenuto. Potrebbe essere un gioiellino. Aria condizionata guasta quindi disagio alto. 4 stelle dove???

Good location and a great nights sleep
Pros:

The bed was huge and very clean and comfortable. The shower was lovely. On the whole the stay was good. The room was very warm as there was no air con, but we left our windows open and had a fan, so slept well.

Cons:

There was little to no sound proofing, so if you are a light sleeper you may get woken by other guests.
