Pros:

O hotel é muito bom, café da manhã farto e delicioso.

Cons:

O ponto negativo é que o banheiro exalava um cheiro muito forte de cigarro.
Provavelmente não tem um controle adequado dos hóspedes que fumam no quarto e o detector de fumaça também não deve funcionar bem.

Pessoal muito atencioso, mas de forma geral existe muito ruído incomudativo no hotel.
Pros:

A simpatia dos funcionários que me ajudaram com um erro meu na reserva. O café da manhã é completo e de boa qualidade.

Cons:

Barulho ensurdecedor do equipamento de ar condicionado mais perturbador durante a noite onde por duas vezes tivemos de chamar o pessoal de manutenção. Todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos, mas sem resolução o que dificultou uma noite de sono.

Ambiente de tranquilidade, sem barulhos, cama confortável tudo seguindo o padrão e a proposta do lugar.

Cons:

Infelizmente, houve uma falha da limpeza, me indicaram um quarto que a cama estava suja. Tivemos que esperar mais para entrar.

Quarto de casal, mas com duas camas de solteiro, juntas. Muito desconfortável. Box do banheiro muito apertado. Recomendaram o 1 andar como a melhor opção, mas o vidro tem vista para a piscina o que tira totalmente a privacidade.
