Perfecta opción alojamiento Tokyo calidad/ precio.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación a 5' a pie parada Ikebukuro. Muy limpio y cómodo.
Tranquilo, por las noches no se escuchan ruidos.
Habitación amplia. Tal cual como se ve en las fotos. No es el hotel mas moderno del mundo pero es confortable.Hay una lavanderia de pago en la planta baja.
La persona responsable del hotel es muy amable y servicial, siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
Hace 2 años estuvimos , hemos repetido y no nos ha defraudado.
Calidad precio es perfecto. Repetiré si duda en un futuro

Always a great place to stay.
Pros:

This is my third time to stay at Hatoya Hotel. It's a small hotel, but very comfortable and neat. The location is accessible to Ikebukuro station and there are convenient stores and a grocery store nearby. The hosts are always friendly and accommodating. Although the hotel doesn't have elevators, the host has always waited for my check-in and check-out to help me with my luggage. They are also very accommodating with baggage storage, whether it's just for a few hours, or in my case, a whole month while I travelled in Asia.

Rapport qualité/prix toujours au top !
Pros:

Second séjour au Hatoya Hotel, toujours un rapport qualité/prix excellentissime, avec ses tarifs modiques à une distance de 8mn à pied de la très pratique gare d'Ikebukuro. Quartier également lui-même très animé ! Couple de propriétaire très charmants et à l'écoute. Chambres avec pas mal de place au sol, ce qui a Tokyo reste une rareté.

Le prix bas pourrait sembler cacher un loup mais il n'en est rien !

Cons:

Certaines chambres n'ont pas vraiment accès à la lumière de l'extérieur, donc à voir si cela vous pose souci !
