Convenient, clean and cozy.
Pros:

The owners were super kind; they greeted me every morning and afternoon whenever I saw them. They offered to help with my luggage when I arrived and left. The hotel is in a very convenient location just on the opposite side of the station from Sunshine City, so I could get to everything I wanted to do and more every day with little walking. The coin laundry next door was also very convenient and allowed me to do my laundry in the early morning hours after a day of exploring. The room was the perfect size; I found it had a little more room than I anticipated compared to previous chain hotels in which I have stayed, so I never felt suffocated. If I ever decide to stay in the Ikebukuro area again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Pros:

일단 가성비가 좋아요 사실 가격 보고 후기 괜찮아서 냅다 예약했는데 이케부쿠로에서 이쪽은 유흥가 때문에 피하는게 좋다고 하는걸 뒤늦게 봤어요 여자 혼자서 가는거라 솔직히 걱정하면서 갔는데 생각보다 괜찮았어요 역에서 막 나왔을 때는 그런 가게들이 많은데 역 부근만 지나고 숙소 근처는 조용하고 일반 주거지라서 괜찮았어요 사장님 직원분도 친절하고 다음에도 혼자 근처에 갈일이 생긴다면 또 와도 좋겠다고 생각했어요

池袋駅から近い。

Cons:

枕元にコンセントがないので、スマホなどを寝るときに充電したい方は長めの（3mくらい）の延長コードを用意されることをお勧めします。

이케부쿠로라고 믿어지지 않는 압도적인 가성비와 놀랄만큼 커다란 방 크기. 사장님도 친절하고 매일 무료 생수도 한병 있는거 좋아요!

1人で利用するには、過ごしやすい広さで、落ち着いて過ごせました。駅からもそれほど遠くなく、飲食店やコンビニも近くにあり、利用しやすかったです。

｢当たり！！｣
Pros:

外観からは想像できない位に部屋は綺麗でした。
きちんとお掃除されており水周りも清潔です。
しかも広い部屋で快適に過ごせました。
お値段も良心的で満足です。

Cons:

鍵がカードキーだったら良かったのに、と思いますが他は特に不満はないです。
エレベーターがないのはしょうがないので。

割とよかった
Pros:

セルフでチェックインが完了したため、スムーズに泊まれた。

Cons:

部屋をあけた時に、電源スイッチが最初みつからず、少し困った。
垢スリや顔を洗うための洗剤があるとよかった。
シャンプーが床屋で使用されているような匂いがしたため、無香料だと嬉しかった。

Pros:

부부 두분이서 운영하시는 호텔 같은데, 두분 다 매우 친절하셨습니다. 여유가 있는 경우 얼리 체크인도 해주셔서 너무 편했습니다.
무엇보다 건물 외관에 비해 내부가 너무너무 깨끗해서 마음에 들었습니다. 비슷한 가격대의 호텔중에 에어컨 청소가 전혀 안돼있어서 날개 안에 먼지나 곰팡이가 적나라하게 보이는 곳도 많은데, 여긴 그런 문제도 없었고, 화장실도 구석까지 매우 깨끗했습니다.
이건 개인적인 선호도인데, 카펫 바닥은 청소하기 어려운 편인지라 위생면에서 신경쓰일때가 있는데, 여긴 마룻바닥처럼 생긴 장판이라, 깨끗한게 눈에 보였고, 한국인인지라 그냥 집 같아서 마음이 편했습니다.
마지막으로 그동안 도쿄에서 묵은 호텔중에 제일 넓어서 좋았습니다. 캐리어 펼쳐놔도 그 옆에 제가 누울 수 있을 정도의 공간이 남습니다. 좁은 호텔 답답해하시고 짐 펼쳐놓고 사는게 편하신 분들께 추천드립니다. 다시 방문 할 의사 있습니다.
(약간의 팁인데, 호텔 맞은편에 있는 마트의 물이나 간식 같은게 싸서 자주 갔습니다)

엘레베이터가 없긴 한데 남자 사장님이 체크인때도 체크아웃때도 직접 옮겨다 주셔서 불편한 점은 없었습니다.
이건 호텔 문제는 전혀 아니긴 한데, 이케부쿠로 서쪽 구역이 유독 밤이 되면 역 근처에 메이드 카페? 호스트바? 아무튼 그런 접객 하는 사람들이 많더라고요... 외국인인거 티 나면 말 안걸어서 괜찮긴 한데, 일본에 처음 오시거나, 혼자 오시는 여성분들은 아예 다른 구역을 알아보시길 추천드립니다... 호텔 주변은 그냥 주택가 느낌이라 괜찮긴 합니다. 전 일본 오래 살았어서 그냥저냥 다닐만 했습니다.

Great location, friendly staff and much better than my expectations!
Pros:

Owners / staff were super friendly and fantastic! Very professional and welcoming!

Check in was so smooth.

Perfect location, you're right in the heart of Ikebukuro, walking distance to restaurants, shops, supermarket and etc...

Room was fantastic, exactly what I needed, quite spacious for only myself! Nothing to complain! Highly recommend this place to a single person or a couple!

Walking distance to the station, it's a nice walk. Also there's a laundry right downstairs!

Cons:

Everything was perfect for me! Nothing to complain!

Some people might not like to carry the suitcase upstairs, just be aware of it, but it's only 1 or 2 floors up. It wasn't a big deal for me.

Great accommodation!
