Lovely accommodation, very confortable
Pros:

The spot was excellent, everything I needed was within walking distance.

Cons:

The shower, tap positioned opposite shower head, which could not be moved or adjusted, I had to keep shower door open, while I opened the water, freezing water wet me and the shower door on the outside, water went everywhere and took ages to warm up, poorly designed.

Was perfect for my needs.
Pros:

Great value, friendly and capable sraff and brilliant location.

Cons:

The shower door opens onto the shower mixer so using the shower is painful. Why not a sliding shower door? The shower head has an awful spray pattern and no adjustment. Till you get the temperature right you either freeze or scald yourself and get water all over the floor.

Great locationans easy access
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to book a parking spot & it seemed secure. Little balcony was lovely to have coffee at & eat our breakfast that we got from a beautiful cafe across the road.
Bed was so comfortable. They also had a coffee machine & frother if lobby area that you could make your own coffee.

Great location
Pros:

The property was close to everything, easy to access and the parking option was great. The first thing I noticed when entering my room was how clean and nice smelling it was. The bathroom was also spotless. The bed was comfortable also. The location at night can be a little sketchy in the neighbourhood. (this isn’t the hotels fault and doesn’t reflect them at all) staff were extremely friendly!

Cons:

There was a loud humming noise all night for both nights which made it slightly difficult to sleep well.
The shower head was just a pure jet stream that smashed you in the face the whole time and the door opens inwards which meant when turning it on I was covered in water before entering.

Cons:

Difficulty with the booking system and on arrival were told one of our bookings didn’t exist. They then wanted to charge us for another room despite having already paid for two. Made check in slow and stressful. What would have happened if there wasn’t a spare room available? Where would we have gone for the night?
