Staff were friendly and helpful. Was able to book a parking spot & it seemed secure. Little balcony was lovely to have coffee at & eat our breakfast that we got from a beautiful cafe across the road.
Bed was so comfortable. They also had a coffee machine & frother if lobby area that you could make your own coffee.

The property was close to everything, easy to access and the parking option was great. The first thing I noticed when entering my room was how clean and nice smelling it was. The bathroom was also spotless. The bed was comfortable also. The location at night can be a little sketchy in the neighbourhood. (this isn’t the hotels fault and doesn’t reflect them at all) staff were extremely friendly!
There was a loud humming noise all night for both nights which made it slightly difficult to sleep well.
The shower head was just a pure jet stream that smashed you in the face the whole time and the door opens inwards which meant when turning it on I was covered in water before entering.
Great location near to shops, cafes and pubs. Quality spacious room, onsite parking and comfortable walk to numerous restaurants.
It was excellent- no complaints at all.
Rooms were nice
Difficulty with the booking system and on arrival were told one of our bookings didn’t exist. They then wanted to charge us for another room despite having already paid for two. Made check in slow and stressful. What would have happened if there wasn’t a spare room available? Where would we have gone for the night?

The bed was not the best to sleep on. And I am not that fussy as a rule.

$150 for a pet for one night is a bit costly.
Other locations only charge 40-75 for a night.
If it was a 3 night stay or longer 150 is fine but just overnight it’s a bit expensive.
The only concern was the bed. It hurt my back.

The queen bed was actually two singles rolled together and were hard and uncomfortable. The suite was actually a half sized room and you could hear everything in every room around us including a guest with their door held open using a car battery and their television on at full volume. There was a balcony which gave you the view of a massive PetCo building and drug addicts yelling at the tram stop below.
