Pros:

Rooms were nice

Cons:

Difficulty with the booking system and on arrival were told one of our bookings didn’t exist. They then wanted to charge us for another room despite having already paid for two. Made check in slow and stressful. What would have happened if there wasn’t a spare room available? Where would we have gone for the night?

Fantastic location, team and over all experience
Pros:

Great looking appartments
Easy to access and parking was great
Check-in team member was great and very professional polite.

Cons:

$150 for a pet for one night is a bit costly.
Other locations only charge 40-75 for a night.
If it was a 3 night stay or longer 150 is fine but just overnight it’s a bit expensive.

Disappointing but convenient location
Pros:

Close to public transport

Cons:

The queen bed was actually two singles rolled together and were hard and uncomfortable. The suite was actually a half sized room and you could hear everything in every room around us including a guest with their door held open using a car battery and their television on at full volume. There was a balcony which gave you the view of a massive PetCo building and drug addicts yelling at the tram stop below.

Staff were excellent and rooms were comfortable
Over all we had a lovely visit.
Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating

Cons:

One of our original twin rooms had not been cleaned, so had to be moved.
Our new room was large and lovely, but did find some dead cockroaches in a kitchen drawer and on range hood

Would recommend for the type of stay we had for Grand Prix and entering from southern end.
Pros:

Roomy and quiet. Coffee machine in foyer area. Washing machine dryer was very useful. Had to go to hospital briefly and there was one very close.

Cons:

Handy for transport but a little out of town. Still trams were frequent so easy to get in and out.
