Amazing comfortability and location all staff phenomenal besides front desk.

Loved the rooftop pool and the staff other than the front desk was phenomenal!

Cons:

Front desk basically unreachable. Our booking stated there was a tub, I went downstairs and showed the guy at the front desk after calling 3 times with no response. His response to me when I showed him the booking that cleary stated room with bath included? “Some of them just don’t have a bath it just says it….. okay well I wouldn’t have spent $800 if that was the case. Not someone who’s gonna complain about money back but definetly not happy with the product as listed.

Comfortable and well-located hotel with good amenities, but disappointing service and poor organization.
Pros:

Great location with a subway station very close by, clean and modern rooms, comfortable bedding, convenient luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, free umbrellas, and tasty breakfast food.

Cons:

The staff was often unhelpful, communication was poor, the breakfast inclusion was misleading and ended up costing extra, and the TV felt outdated for the price of the hotel.

They are found financial scam by charging me twice the amount for my stay. .. be careful.

My Debit card was charged 2 times . One separate full amount for the deposit to book hotel & then another full about for my stay. This is unusual to be charged double the price for the entire stay. The hotel is doing scam. When i tried to call them & requested to check. They out me on hold .. there was no contact. So be careful.
They charged me extra for breakfast although it was included. I fought with the people at the resturant & managed it.. however they charged my debit card twice.. so I paid double the amount fur my entire stay.. a scam .. so be careful.
