工事の音以外は、とても快適な滞在でした。
Pros:

スタッフの接客対応がとても良い。部屋が比較的広く、浴室も使いやすい。地の利がとても良い。ジムも、大きくはないが、必要な器具が揃っていて使いやすい。

Cons:

改修工事中で、朝8時過ぎから工事の音でうるさかった。

This is not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The bathroom in the room was lovely. Beds were comfortable as well and the cleaners who made the room up every day did a good job and were friendly.

The location is amazing- and it made up for the not great parts.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel. I think when it was first opened it perhaps was- but now it is tired run down and unloved- it feels as if the owner/ manager/ team do not care about it anymore. It’s a shame- because it has so much potential.

Restaurant area is grim. Bar area is in desperate need of updating. Pool is not clean. Hallways are dirty. Lots of staff standing around but no one seems to care.

There is renovation work going on at the hotel on the outside- difficult to tell what they are renovating, and no one even told us that there was going to be banging/ drilling from 9- 5 every day til we got there which isn’t good customer service- but there is no renovation going on inside- which is where it needs it.

We were very comfortable considering that we stayed for 2 weeks and we’ll definitely come back again!
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, big windows and great location!
Very friendly staff!

Cons:

It needs refurbishing but we were told by the manager that the hotel is going to go through a major makeover in the coming months!

Beautiful & clean,, very spacious - loved the bathroom. The pool is such a treat, especially after a long flight, was so nice to unpack & go to the pool & relax with a drink! Go to dinner after & a lovely walk round the city.

Bed bugs , strange stains , a hotel in deep decline and thats from a previous huge fan
Pros:

this used to be easily my favourite hotel in NYC. My daughter and I have stayed here religiously for about 8 years every summer . We were looking forward as usual to our stay for a number of days in August 2025. In summary this hotel has gone from being a thing of beauty and freindliness and joy to being a dump. THe room we have looked like it had held frat parties for months. Most of the furniture was damaged and / or scuffed. First night in bed i became dinenr for the bed bugs. After complaining my concerns were dismissed heavily but they finallya greed to move me to a worse room. I was told that they ahd called an exterminator and would keep me updated ( still no joy 10 months later)

The pool which used to be the gem of the hotel is no longer that. The furniture is heavily stained and there is a general feel of decaya bout the whole place.

I cant explain how bad our trip was compared to previous standards. Never mind that my bed bug incident was mostly ignored and never even apologised for.

But yes i still get emails and message to come stay in the bug infested scruffy hotel, such joy.

An Absolute Gem in New York – Safe, Spacious, and Highly Recommended
Pros:

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Royalton Park Hotel and absolutely loved it. Traveling as a mother-daughter duo, we felt completely safe and secure here.

The location is fantastic, and our room was lovely, clean, and incredibly spacious. Best of all was the bed—it was the most fantastic, comfortable bed ever, giving us the most amazing sleep! The staff were also wonderfully friendly and helpful.

The only minor drawback was some ongoing work at the hotel. It didn't bother us while we were out exploring, and only interrupted us once when one of us wasn't well and we had to rest in the room during the day.

We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York!

Not good due to high construction noise from morning till evening.
Pros:

Location and cleanless is affordable for the price.

Cons:

There was a construction from 8 am till 17 pm in the hotel and we should have been informed before our stay!.
I am expecting at least half of the payment back.

Seyahatimiz boyunca inşaat sesi dinledik! Otele bunu söylediğimizde hiç ilgilenmediler bize bir ikramda bile bulunmadılar late checkouta bile izin vermediler. Rezervasyon esnasında inşaat olduğu konusunda bir bilgilendirme yoktu. Çalışanların ve otel yönetiminin tavrı çok kötüydü. Bu anlayışta insanların yönettiği bir otele gelmenizi asla önermiyorum

The Best
Pros:

Wow. What an amazing hotel. Cannot say enough good things about the staff, the hospitality, and the hotel. Highlight was definitely the pool, being able to swim and enjoy the skyline with the Empire State Building is just incredible. Also appreciated the staff going above and beyond to help my partner and I check into our room earlier and also allowing us to check out a little late.

The location is incredible and walking distance from tons of great restaurants and yoga studios. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was PHENOMINAL. Thank you so much for such a memorable weekend.
