Pésima atención no hay buena relación precio calidad

Me gustó que estuvo cerca de la playa pero no me gustó la limpieza, el personal pésima actitud y la última noche sabiendo que nos íbamos al siguiente dia no limpiaron la habitación, nadie nos dio respuesta y el personal de limpieza no nos atendió mostrándome una pésima actitud y peor el personal de recepción que nos dijo que la prioridad era las habitación que era para el check in

La actitud del personal, pésima para resolver los problemas, el desayuno es lo mismo todos los dias, el gym un desastre todo es viejo y nonfunciona bien, y se demoran mucho para el mantenimiento de las habitaciones

Pros:

As acomodações p deficientes físicos cadeirante , o nosso caso o banheiro tinha barras e cadeira de banho , mas era muito difícil de passar da cadeira p a cadeira de banho porque a porta do box muito pequena de largura! Mas o pessoal do hotel foi muito atencioso e tiraram uma parte do box e daí conseguimos tomar banho !!!! Parabéns aos envolvidos que resolveram nosso problema!

Para quem busca tranquilidade e qualidade, o hotel atende todos os requisitos.
Pros:

O hotel fica localizado no norte da ilha, nas proximidades da praia dos Ingleses, o hotel possui uma piscina e o café da manhã é bem servido, o quarto que fiquei com a hidromassagem foi bem confortável.

Cons:

Senti falta de tomadas nas proximidades da cama e senti falta de algo que espumava na hidromassagem, pois fornecido apenas um mouse que para mim não gerou espuma suficiente na hidro.
