My husband and I were scared due to no power back up and no lights back up no phone working we are senior .

Pros:

Toilet has very low pressure when flushing water. You have to wait for 30 minutes or so to flush the water again. I complained several times. Maintenance staff keep fixing the water tank but there was no improvement. All the staff however were very polite and welcoming to us.

Pros:

Very close to SM mall and megaworld. 7 eleven is just basically on the same building.

Cons:

The facilities are a little old. And it's a struggle to park.

Everyone at the front desk and all bellmen and the guard and housekeepers and maintenance personnel were great

The sewer in the bathroom smells painting starts to peel off
