Definitely i will not comeback/ or no refer to a friend's and family.
Pros:

I dont go get breakfast! The building smells like bathroom/ no appetite to eat and we check out 6am in the morning

Excellent
Pros:

The location was excellent just in front of SM Iloilo, the staff were all friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We also loved that the room had a microwave, which made our stay even more convenient. Guest parking was available as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
