The staffs are very friendly and polite. The front desk staff are always smiling and very helpful. The place is very convenient and easy access to everything, mall, shops,transportation and etc.

Could have been much much better… But the staff I commend them for their professionalism… But no HD on the TV and no Wi-

I love the hotel. I love the staff and the service… But… I was there a month ago in the exact same room 0811 and the TV did not HD and the Wi-Fi was very very bad the technician came up last June when I was there and he told me we’re doing construction. We’re having problems with the Wi-Fi and the HD on the TV… I excused it… I came back again July 17… The TV still did not HD and the Wi-Fi was extremely slow. I couldn’t even download my work that I was doing, and it took them until nighttime to fix it… I love staying there because of the convenience of the proximity of all of the events in the area… But that really discouraged me I could not download anything from my job until late in the evening. I couldn’t even watch TV because it was no HD I couldn’t even see most of the programs… Either get a new technician or I will not be visiting the INJAP AGAIN AND I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY GAVE ME THE EXACT SAME ROOM ZERO 811 THAT MADE ME FEEL VERY BAD EVEN WHEN I TOLD THEIR RECEPTIONIST I DIDN’T WANT THAT ROOM. SHE SAID EVERYTHING HAS BEEN FIXED AND IT WASN’T AND IT TRULY MADE MY VISIT VERY UNPLEASANT AND I’M NOT A COMPLAINER, BUT IF SOMEONE WOULD GO UP TO THAT ROOM AND FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON BECAUSE IT COST ME TIME AND MONEY.

Subjective Experience at Injap Tower Hotel
Pros:

First of all, I am a graduate of BSHM with Concentrations in Tourism Management, Food and Beverage, Management, and Cruise Ship Management. It feels so good that I have experiences in working and staying in hotels. Fast forward, staying in Injap Tower Hotel is perfect for me because it is near SM and the walking distance to PRC to process our documents for the Philippine Nurses Licensure Examination this August 29 - 30, 2026. It is convenient and the lobby smells good and refreshing. I was with my batchmates.

Cons:

The smell and temperature of the elevator. In addition, there is limit hours for swimming pool. Their pool is until 8 PM while the Zuri hotel is until 12 midnight. Moreover, when I was alone, the lamp moved by itself.

Pros:

I loved the fact that it was so close to festivewalk and mega world and also I had some business to attend there and it was only a few blocks away so it was very very convenient. Very clean. I really liked it.
