The entire Hotel Team was very Courteous and Welcoming with a Smile, at all times.
The Chef specially offered and made simple Indian Veg food for us.
The Room Airconditioning, Sleep Quality, Shower was Good.
Housekeeping team was very responsive.
Room & Washroom was very dimly lit, needs to have brighter lights.
Room furniture is dated, needs upgradation / renewal.
Buffet Breakfast was good on only the 1st and the last day. Rest of the days it was very shabby due to low occupancy.
Lack of Veg food menu options for vegetarian travelers like us, though the Chef was very helpful on that.
Staff are very helpful all the time, especially the ones who check in on us. And security officer Wijesuriya helped us go above and beyond to keep us happy and comfortable.

Excellent calm location and easy access to colombo city.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and always ready to support. We came with our two year old baby and one staff even gave her a teddy bear. Room service food was actually much better priced than in food outlets and service is fast enough.

The Best Western was good value for money. The staff were very friendly, and the manager was helpful, and several occasions invited me for an on the house drink in the Rooftop bar which has great views!!! It's clean, has a good breakfast and anything you need the staff can organise l. The porters l, and cleaners were also very nice! Good hotel.
Slightly away from the city, but a tuk tuk ride is only 15-20 mins
