Big rooms but restaurants needs a lot of improvement
Pros:

Big rooms with good toilets.

Cons:

There was one of the room where it was not cleaned properly and had spiders. They could improve on cleanliness. The restaurant personnel were rude and took 1.5 hours to deliver our food. This disrupted our whole plan for the day. Never choose their restaurant if you have any other options. .

It’s was Excellent service and kind people.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Elyon Colombo during the final days of our Sri Lanka holiday.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Wijeweera, Thasmi, and Dilrukshi, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile.

Our scheduled check-out was at 12:00 PM, but since we had a late flight, we requested a late check-out until 3:00 PM. Without any hesitation, they graciously accommodated our request, which made our last day in Colombo so much more comfortable and stress-free.

Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. It’s these thoughtful gestures that turn a good stay into a memorable one.

Thank you to the entire team, especially Mr. Wijeweera, Thasmi, and Dilrukshi, for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend Best Western Elyon Colombo and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Sri Lanka.

Comfortable Stay with Friends
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I don't remember the staff member's name exactly, but I think it was Vidura. He was especially supportive and kind.
The breakfast was good, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing an extra dish to match our palate because they thought we were from India. It was such a kind and caring touch that made us feel truly welcomed.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!
