adequate, but not ideal
Pros:

the room was good, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice couch and desk. I liked the self serve coffee machine

Cons:

the pool was closed by the health dept and that's one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the access to a pool, the breakfast opened late and wasn't very good.

Very quiet and easy access to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Satisfying. The gravy could’ve been a little hotter, but there’s a microwave.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like anything. There’s always room for improvement. The best way to do that is to walk into the room as a guest wood and look for things that need cleaning. Small things make a difference to a guest. If something‘s not clean, it makes them wonder about the rest of the room. I cleaned the wall in the bathroom with just a wet washcloth and made a huge difference. It wasn’t a very big area, but it was very noticeable. I did take pictures if they allowed me to post.

Not the best
Pros:

Very average hotel. Breakfast was weak - paper thin bacon and dry powdery eggs. Coffee machine takes forever and people need to wait in line for one 8 oz cup of coffee. The coffee machine is a big step backwards.

Enjoyed our stay. Would return.
Pros:

Very comfortable. Nicely updated, clean, spacious room, decent breakfast and nice staff.

Cons:

Only complaint that the outdoor pool was not heated and too cold to enjoy, even in summer.

My sister at surgery at a nearby hospital and needed to stay close in case of possible side affects.
Pros:

The breakfast had a lot of different options for me and my family. The free espresso was amazing as well.

The breakfast was good. No complaints.

Cons:

Some directions about the use of the TV and a guide to the channels woukd be nice. The bathtub needed an antislip coating or mat. The bath fan sounded like it was breaking, so loud we tried not to use it.
Also, because we booked through a third party vendor we did not get credit on our best western account. We wish that was noted somewhere more clearly. That was a big disappointment.
