Location to the hospital.
We were here for the U20 World Athletics Championships. Eugene wouldn’t be my first choice to visit. On arrival the man could only find one of the two rooms that had been booked despite them being on the same booking. This took three hours to sort out. The poor guy had no answers for anything and had to go back to his manager to answer everything. He really shouldn’t be on the desk if was unable to resolve problems. After a seven hour drive it was the last thing we needed.
The breakfast was off poor standard. Limited choice and the same every day. We were here for five nights and ended up skipping breakfast the last couple of days. There is no where in the hotel to meet friends. You only had the pool area during the day so we ended up at the bar in Denny’s each night.
The rooms were spacious and had two double beds which was very welcome. The maid only came in once whilst we were there.
the room was good, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, nice couch and desk. I liked the self serve coffee machine
the pool was closed by the health dept and that's one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the access to a pool, the breakfast opened late and wasn't very good.
Satisfying. The gravy could’ve been a little hotter, but there’s a microwave.
I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like anything. There’s always room for improvement. The best way to do that is to walk into the room as a guest wood and look for things that need cleaning. Small things make a difference to a guest. If something‘s not clean, it makes them wonder about the rest of the room. I cleaned the wall in the bathroom with just a wet washcloth and made a huge difference. It wasn’t a very big area, but it was very noticeable. I did take pictures if they allowed me to post.

Very average hotel. Breakfast was weak - paper thin bacon and dry powdery eggs. Coffee machine takes forever and people need to wait in line for one 8 oz cup of coffee. The coffee machine is a big step backwards.
Very comfortable. Nicely updated, clean, spacious room, decent breakfast and nice staff.
Only complaint that the outdoor pool was not heated and too cold to enjoy, even in summer.
