My sister at surgery at a nearby hospital and needed to stay close in case of possible side affects.
Pros:

The breakfast had a lot of different options for me and my family. The free espresso was amazing as well.

The breakfast was good. No complaints.

Cons:

Some directions about the use of the TV and a guide to the channels woukd be nice. The bathtub needed an antislip coating or mat. The bath fan sounded like it was breaking, so loud we tried not to use it.
Also, because we booked through a third party vendor we did not get credit on our best western account. We wish that was noted somewhere more clearly. That was a big disappointment.

Clean friendly staff., Make sure you get good directions. To find it.
Pros:

I had just had surgery And was asking for a recliner to sleep in, but they gave us an upgraded room that worked out
Since no recliners were available. And they still kept us close to the rest of the family who had also reserved rooms there. The hot breakfast was pretty good with sausage and eggs.They did run out of a few things With no replacement available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was only able to use one arm and destiny at the front desk helped me get my breakfast back up to my room. She was very kind and helpful. Everything seemed to be very clean and in order
Would happily stay there again and highly recommend. We were on the third floor the room was very quiet. It is a good location , close to the freeway, But not the easiest to figure out how to get into The first time., make sure you get good directions.

I was in town for surgery and Best Western took very good care of us. Had a quite and restful night, great breakfast and check out was fast and easy. Thank you again for making this difficult time better for myself and husband.

Great place to stay for a night or a week. Will book here again!
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right next to the freeway, gas stations, Starbucks, and a strip mall. The room was ready and clean and the breakfast options were great.

Cons:

The hotel was booked so there were a lot of kids running up and down the halls. I know there is little that can be done about that but it was annoying to be kept awake for hours after 10pm.

Nice staff. Easy access to and from freeway. Easy access to my room. Good breakfast variety with protein. Clean comfortable room.

It's not something that can likely be changed, but the room doors close very loudly. It's tough to get a full night sleep if your neighboring rooms are coming in late and leaving early.

If you like comfort, this is the place to stay.
Pros:

There isn't anything about the aesthetics to complain about. Beautiful surroundings, maintained well and very convenient.

Cons:

no fault of the hotel, someone's car alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and they were able to sleep through it.
