Super friendly service. Great breakfast. Modern rooms.
Alles sauber, Betten bequem, gute Verkehrsverbindungen durch Bahnhofsnähe.
Keine Hausschuhe vorgefunden, keine Papiertücher, diffuse Lichter im Zimmer.
The Room was not cleaned unless - we had to ask - There was loads of noise.
I stayed five nights to use as a base for leisure day trips by train. Great staff (super-friendly, helpful, efficient), great quality rooms -spotless and modern; bar good value for money compared to most hotels. And super-close to the station. Given it is city-centre, I thought the room was very quiet -and I’m a light-sleeper.
Shout out to BĒP’sViet round the corner as a place to eat -I had an appetiser and rice-based main with chicken and lemongrass that was very tasty. (Though calculating 20% when I asked to add service to the bill was a bit cheeky).
But, overall the neighbourhood around the station didn’t feel safe. The hotel is on the edge of the dodgy bit, but in the unfortunate position that it’s too close to take a taxi from the station concourse. Sadly, lots of open drug taking in the streets around the station -in the day and night, smoking crack, dealing openly. Although there is a regular police presence, it still doesn’t feel great. I’m a 6ft guy, and I felt vulnerable. I didn’t actually experience any problems or harassment, but wheeling a suitcase or going out for an evening drink or meal felt uncomfortable.
So, would I stay here again? Yes, if I was driving in and out, and only needed to walk to the nearby Skyline Plaza complex. Possibly, for a layover by rail without too much baggage. But not for an extended leisure trip.
Great place, secure parking, close to central station.
We stayed for 6 nights. Hotel is nice, staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms are spotless. Beds are very comfortable, had a great sleep.
Location: Very close to the main train stations with trams outside the hotel. The area isn't the nicest, there are groups of people that hang around outside the hotel that can be a little intimidating, but the hotel itself felt very safe! Nobody outside the hotel goes into the hotel itself. You need your room key to gain access to the stairs & lifts. Having read up on the area, the hotel is in talks to get the groups moved from the surrounding area. We had no trouble with the groups. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the Skyline shopping centre.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you to all the team at Premier Inn.
We really enjoy the staff, the room, the amenities, the cleanliness. My only concern was the area. There were homeless people just across the street. It did not feel safe to walk to the hotel to the train station.
.
Easy check-in, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. When you add the proximity to central station and Skyline Plaza, all is packed to make a perfect accommodation.
There's a parking garage with a fee of 19Eur per day. Elevator takes you to hotel floors directly. We didn't feel unsafe around the hotel. Breakfast was poor in hot selection but average overall. I would stay here again.
I live in the U.K. and last Monday received 4 email messages from Premier Inns confirming my booking for Premier Inn Frankfurt that evening for 2 nights - 4 double rooms costing €800. I had no plans to travel to Frankfurt and knew it was a scam. I looked onto the Premier Inn website and in ‘Manage My Booking’ put in the booking ref in the email, name, etc. and the response was. ‘Could not complete booking’ or something to that effect. I called Premier Inn call centre and after about 30 mins waiting I received an automated message to say lines busy, hang up and call back later. I called a little after 5 and the lines were closed (9 x 5 opening hours). On late Tuesday evening I rang the Premier Inn Frankfurt having been unable to get through to Premier inn U.K. and spoke to Alva who told me someone had checked in on the Monday prior using my name. I said I was concerned that my card would be cloned and used at check out. She told me my card number was in my profile which made me doubly worried. She said the only thing she could do was leave a message for the staff taking over from her at 6.45 (day of check-out on the booking). I hung up and immediately called American Express who were excellent and I cancelled my card. Next day I hung on the Premier Inn call centre line as I felt they should be aware of this scam. Eventually I spoke with an agent who said he would have to pass me to someone else. Again, another long wait. The 2nd agent said he would need to speak with his Manager. After another wait, I was told to report it to the police and cancel my card. That was it. No help or suggestion other than that. I was pretty disgusted with Premier Inn’s lack of interest. We have stayed with Premier Inn a number of times and always considered them excellent value for money, however, this has completely coloured our view and we will look for other accommodation in the future. Poor show Premier Inn!
The hotel is conveniently located in proximity to Frankfurt Hbf, which is two stops away by tram (strassenbahn). About 10 minutes to walk. The neighborhood did not seem perfectly safe when we first checked in (it was after sunset), but the next day, it looked okay. Room was large and clean. I especially liked wooden floor. Had no fridge or microwave, but it had a kettle. Staffs were kind. Definitely one that we will consider revisiting.
No hot water in the morning, elevators breaking down or the button doesn’t work on a particular floor, increased the price by 90% on check in then refunded the difference (still
Didn’t receive this)
Tried to get a drink at the bar the guy looked
At me served 2 others then disappeared while the girl on reception stayed with her back and ignored any communication attempt
Room cleaning non existent! I came back from work at 4 pm and only then were they around the area of my room, 2nd day no sign of anyone
In the Google you may also find it as Azimut Hotel but it is Premier Inn. It is almost 2 kms away from the altstadt. It has secure parking. The room was clean and big. Internet is spotless. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall it is a perfect choice to stay for short business trips.
Chose this hotel as it has family suites for up to 4 people. Room was clean and spacious with 2x large double beds that were very comfortable. Bathroom cost but clean with a small but good shower. Small selection of teas and a sparkling water in the room but no coffee! However, fridge in the room was very handy!
The suite comes with a balcony view. (My only real disappointment was that the room I was shown on booking had views over the bustling Main Street and skyline but the room i got was overlooking the back courtyards of the surrounding buildings)
Of the 4 nights we stayed we had breakfast once and I have to say the hot selection to me personally was dire. A chafing dish with soggy scrambled eggs, sausage bites and what looking like burned bacon pieces was all that was on offer (admittedly I didn’t ask if there were other hot alternatives) However the continental selection was extensive with plenty of choice from breads, pastries, croissants, cold meat cuts, cheeses, cereals, porridge, granola, yoghurts, juices, teas, coffee and a whole range of jams and fillings.
At €15 (£13) per person. (Children under 12 are free) the continental definitely made up the value.
Staff were amiable if not too over friendly but very helpful.
All in all a good stay enjoyed by the whole family.
Would definitely stay again.
The local area around the hotel has a cultural mix of people as in any international city so there are a range of Turkish/Ethiopian cafes and eateries in the local vicinity to explore.
Shouldn't charge extra for eary check in.
If they don't have emty room at this time i do understand, but they have emty room and they are see it we are driving from very long way to this hotel,.......
Very good hotel , the room was like the photos , very clean , proper bedding , fridge in the room . I asked a kettle and the gave me . I didnt have breakfast but I saw it for 15 euros I don’t recommend. The area wasn’t good I knew it when I made the reservation . Near to the city center . Easy to go to the aéroport .
