Pros:

Flott, lite hotell som ligger sentralt. Veldig god frokost og hyggelig betjening! Ble møtt med gratis kirsebærlikør i resepsjonen, noe som var ekstremt godt etter en lang dag med bilkjøring. Likte godt konseptet med at dersom vi ikke trengte rengjøring på rommet så kunne vi få to glass vin i stedet!

Cons:

Reklamerte med parkering på hotellet, men der var det kun plass til 3 biler og 2 MC’er…trodde kanskje det var plass til oss også!

Comodidad y elegancia a precio asequible
Pros:

El hotel estaba genial, todo muy acogedor, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy variado, la habitación estaba genial la cama era muy cómoda y muy grande, nos gustó la cantidad de espacio que teníamos en la habitación y el baño igual, pensábamos que sería más pequeño pero era bastante amplio y la ducha muy grande también y el suelo era radiante; tenía un pequeño aparatoso para calentar el suelo, eso nos encantó , el gimnasio tenía poleas, pesas, agarres, etc…estaba genial y además pudimos conectar nuestra música al altavoz que había
También había una sala abajo en donde había un billar
Todo quedaba muy cerca del hotel, sobre todo el centro, en 10 minutos andando ya estabas en la plaza, quedan varias tiendas como delikatesy y zabka entre otros restaurantes muy cerca del hotel, incluido una farmacia

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fue que nuestra puerta de la ducha no estaba bien sellada por la parte del suelo y cada vez que nos duchábamos el agua se salía hacia fuera, junto con el vater que era recóndito y nos costó adaptarnos un poco porque nos pareció pequeño, pero los baños del hotel que no pertenecen q las habitaciones son distintos! En cuanto a lo demás todo perfecto!

I intend to stay in the same hotel during next visit to Krakow.
Pros:

The Location, responsiveness of the staff. The room was equipped with all necessary facilities. The little problem we’ve had with the air conditioning was immediately removed.

Ihana pieni hotelli lähellä tärkeimpiä nähtävyyksiä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä.

Henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Sijainti oli hyvä - lyhyt kävelymatka tärkeimpiin nähtävyyksiin, mutta kuitenkin vähän syrjässä rauhallisella kadulla. Hyvä aamupala, kaikille jotakin.

Cons:

Huoneiden äänieristys oli huono, viereisen rakennuksen työmaa herätti joka aamu.

Hotel in ottima posizione a 5/10 minuti a piedi dal castello, vicinissimo al fiume vistola, molto bello sia di giorno che di sera. Il centro è abbastanza vicino (1km e 200 mt circa) ma se trovate tanto tanto caldo come è successo a noi potete prendere il tram a 2 passi dall hotel (stazione jubilat) che in pochissimi minuti vi porta sia in centro che al quartiere ebraico. Camera pulitissima e accogliente, dotata proprio di tutto. Bagno comodissimo con doccia enorme. Colazione sia dolce che salata ottima e abbondante. Personale gentile e professionale. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e Cracovia è stupenda
