釜山には、コンサートに来ましたが、素敵な思い出を後押ししてくれました。
Pros:

スタッフの応対が親切だった。洗濯物干しを用意してくれたり、動かないドライヤーはさっと取り替えてくれた。最終日、早い出発で、朝食が食べられなかった私達に、ヨーグルトを用意してくれた。

Cons:

少し、廊下が暗かった。

Soggiorno piacevolissimo, rientrare in camera era come tornare in un piccolo paradiso
Pros:

L’ampiezza della camera era meravigliosa, attrezzata di un piccolo frigorifero, un mobile lungo tutta una parete, dalla porta alla finestra (di fronte al grande letto) su cui poter mangiare, truccarsi (c’era uno specchio grande) comodamente seduti, con un bollitore e bustine di tè e caffè disponibile e un lavello verso la porta, comodo e funzionale e terminava con un altrettanto comodo vano ove riporre le scarpe ed indossare le ciabattine lasciate a disposizione. La luce a sensore all’entrata rendeva l’accesso alla camera utile e confortevole. Anche il bagno era sufficientemente spazioso, con doppio soffione della doccia, faretti discreti ad illuminare più punti. Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno assieme alla dotazione di bottigliette di acqua rifornite quotidianamente. Ho apprezzato anche la colazione, non continentale ma a me è piaciuta, l’ho trovata una coccola giornaliera (seppur servita alle h 8 in punto)… ma la cosa straordinaria è stata la gentilezza, la disponibilità ed i sorrisi dei due proprietari. Il mio viaggio a Busan non sarà solo un piacevole ricordo ma rimarrà nel mio cuore per la fantastica ospitalità ricevuta. Il piccolo ‘korea traditional lucky pouch’ è stato il segno finale di una carineria fuori dal comune. Ci tornerei con piacere

출장 업무가 밤 12시쯤 늦게 끝나 동행인 1명이 추가로 숙박해야 하는 상황이 생겼습니다. 원래 2인 기준 13만 원에 예약했던 터라, 정당하게 추가 인원 비용을 지불하고 묵겠다고 의사를 밝혔습니다.
하지만 숙소 측에서는 인원 추가는 불가능하다며, 12만 원짜리 방을 새로 하나 더 예약하라는 황당한 요구를 하였습니다. 상식적인 인원 추가 비용이 아니라 기존 숙박비와 다름없는 금액을 추가로 결제하라는 숙소 측의 비합리적인 대처에 매우 불쾌했습니다.
늦은 밤 시간대에 투숙객의 상황을 전혀 배려하지 않는 서비스 마인드와 융통성 없는 운영 방식에 깊은 실망감을 느꼈습니다. 저와 비슷하게 출장이나 비즈니스 목적으로 방문하시거나, 현장에서 부득이하게 예약 변경이 필요할 수 있는 분들은 이 숙소의 불합리한 서비스 정책을 꼭 참고하시기 바랍니다. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않네요.

Pros:

The breakfast was superb, and we loved that the menu changed daily. The hotel’s location is also very close to the subway station, making it very convenient and easy to get around. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, always kind, helpful, and ready to assist whenever needed. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We truly appreciated your hospitality!

Posto perfetto per visitare Busan e dintorni
Pros:

La camera era tremendamente spaziosa e luminosa, ci si poteva giocare a calcio :)
La posizione strategica dell'albergo invece aiuta tanto negli spostamenti a breve o lungo raggio, in quanto è vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e dei treni.
E come dulcis in fundo, lo staff è cordiale e sempre disponbile.
Se volete soggiornare a Busan è il posto perfetto per voi.

Cons:

1.房內燈光非常昏暗，最強照明為落塵區燈光，但此燈為感應式，一旦滅掉房內就非常暗。
2.浴室及廁所門非常重，很難推、拉打開。
3.毛巾2條、浴巾卻僅提供1條、漱口杯1個，某日吹風機很小、還壞掉，拖鞋也壞掉，雖然與櫃檯人員反應有獲得改善，但種種累積，感受非常不舒服。

Pros:

Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve nazikti. Metroya yakın olması, temiz ve güvenli olması nedeniyle konaklama için güzel bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum. Son konaklama günümüzde odamıza bırakılmış bir şans kesesi içinde çok nazik bir teşekkür mesajı bulduk, çok mutlu olduk.

Odanın ışıklandırması biraz yetersizdi.

Pros:

It is a comfortable room with washing machine and kitchenette. The bed is firm which I loved.
But most importantly- the gentleman at the front desk was the type you hope to meet at a hotel: so kind and so serviceminded when I messed up my booking. He solved it and I had a really good stay.
