Dissapointing not clean enough.

Staff was helpful when needed.

Cons:

We stayed in room 205 on the second floor. The room smelt damp and muggy.. the cupboard of the fridge was swollen and damaged..the aircon didn’t work even after maintenance came and checked in. The parking is very limited and cramped. Safe jammed. It was ny first terrible experience.

Cons:

Despite showing the lady at reception the booking confirmation and pin and the confirmation email from booking.com and 4 other emails from coastlands she could not initially find the booking. She was not communicating as to what the problem was and after telling her that we were late for an event we needed to attend then only did she apologize and say their system was syncing with booking.com. we were to wait then eventually told to take a seat when we kept asking what's going on and if we could fasten the process.

The floor we were given was also very noisy. We could hear the people in next room the entire night, especially in the balcony singing and talking past midnight.

The bathroom room tub shower was too narrow.
