It was very clean. I love the bathroom and the shower and especially the patio overlooking courtyard view.
I didn’t like how I would suck it into going to that timesheet thing I got free stuff, but it was high-pressure. I was lied to. I was told it wasn’t high-pressure and the manager there when I told him I wasn’t lying was a jerk.

Some disadvantages to having a village view is the room never gets really dark. And the background music doesn't turn off till 11pm.
Location was great and beds were comfortable.
Room wasn’t ready for our check in time. Were never able to reach anyone by phone from inside the room. Would just ring when trying to call for anything. When you went down to the front desk to request anything there was always an excuse as to why nobody answered the phone. One time I went down to request something and had to go back down a second time since it took several hours.
The location is great. The property was clean, and well-kept
The air conditioning in the room would not get below 74 degrees no matter what temperature or fan speed the unit was set to. The temperature of the room was uncomfortable, but the absolute worse part, however, was the sneaky timeshare recruiter seated at the concierge desk in the lobby. At check-in the front desk directed me to the concierge before my room. The very nice woman seated there gave us several free passes to attractions around the island and told us that if there was anything we wanted to do while we were there that she could help us save 80% or more off of ticket prices. After we settled in we decided on an attraction that we wanted to visit and she said she could comp us tickets for free! She claimed to just need to get a little info, so I shared some basic stuff with her. Then, She told me she needed a small deposit to hold the reservation but it would be refunded when the event happened. I was under the impression the “event” was the attraction she booked for us. After she ran my card she informed me of the two hour timeshare presentation I was obligated to attend or I would forfeit the attraction tickets and the deposit.
I was disappointed that this company would treat its paying customers this way. If the product they were offering was such a good value, they would not need to bait and switch their paying customers into participating. I did end up going and sacrificing over two hours of my vacation to honor the agreement I was hoodwinked into. More than 50 of us were herded into a large conference room and keep there for longer than we agreed to, and we were accosted by multiple high pressure salespeople to participate in their program. I can’t imagine a small fraction of the people in the room were convinced, but it is a shame that such a nice facility and such a well-established brand would compromise their own integrity so significantly by attempting to prey on their paying customers.

Close to everything
Room was very hot
The set up was fantastic. The kindness of all staff members was wonderful. Staff answered all questions we had on various days and did whatever they could to fill our requests. Valet parking worked well and Robert and others were fun to talk with.
There was no area nearby to accommodate service dog needs such as going to the bathroom.

If you go to bed early, choose a room with a river view. The shops below don’t close until 11 so it can be noisy. We didn’t mind it at all, as we liked the vibe.
The staff was great facility was clean. Liked the location and lucked out on the rate.
Having to pay for parking and this wasnt valet as it was extra. Onwas told parking was free after i booked the room And our room was way at the other end. Kind of disappointed at first thought we had the fountain view but it was the village side. Otherwise it was nice. Other than the parking. Why would someone have too pay for it when other places are free.
The room was awesome and the location was perfect. We enjoyed our afternoon spent at the rooftop pool and bar. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Not sure why we had to pay to park our car when the island parking lots were free.
The hotel was nice. Love the overall look of the hotel. The whole hotel smelled amazing. Beds were very comfortable The rooms were very large and lots of counter space. We have a room overlooking the river. But it wasn’t a very good view.
The bathroom has some hair on the baseboards
Wishing it has a breakfast included for the price.
Also needs more free weights in the gym.
