We chose to have the Riverview because we like to sit outside when we got to our room, Our balcony only had one chair I requested another chair. I was originally told they had no other chairs to give us, that they had no extras and all the rooms were reserved so they could not take one from the other balconies. It wouldn’t be fair to the other guest. which at that point I raised my concerns that I paid just like everyone else and I want my other chair like everyone else was entitled to, after talking with a few people. I finally got my chair four hours later.
