Grösse, Ausstattung, Lage, Personal alles perfekt. Wir werden sicher hier wieder übernachten, wenn wir in Leibzig sind.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Quartier M Leipzig sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Die Apartments sind modern, sehr komfortabel und äußerst sauber. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Besonders begeistert hat uns das supernette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit ein offenes Ohr hatte und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral und dennoch angenehm. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Ob ein Besuch des Völkerschlachtdenkmals, ein Abend in der Moritzbastei, ein Stadtbummel durch die Leipziger Innenstadt oder ein Ausflug zum Cospudener See zum Schwimmen, Radfahren und Entspannen – alles ist bequem erreichbar.

Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind ein großer Vorteil für alle, die mit dem Auto anreisen.

Für uns hat hier einfach alles gepasst: Komfort, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und eine hervorragende Lage. Das Quartier M bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Leipzig braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ideal gelegen wenn man nicht so viel Zeit hat sich Leipzig anzugucken

Sehr gute Lage, wunderschönes, gepflegtes Gaus und eine nette , neutral eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht.

Cons:

Das Bad ist uralt (sehr sauber) mit einer Badewanne, in die man zum Duschen hineinsteigen muss, dazu ein etwas komischer Duschvorhang. Die Aircondition im Wohnzimmer bläst immer (bei allen verschiedensten Einstellungen) auf das Schlafsofa und ist daher nur bedingt in der Nacht benutzbar.

Tolles Apartment
Pros:

Sehr saubere und zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, eine Waschmaschine wäre noch ein Upgrade aber man kommt auch ohne zurecht.
Die Klimaanlagen in Wohn und Schlafzimmer haben wunderbar funktioniert, lediglich die Hebepumpe vom Kondenswasser hört man alle paar Minuten. Wir haben die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer laufen lassen und die Schlafzimmertür offen gelassen. So konnte man es wunderbar an heißen Tagen aushalten.
Mit offnen Fenstern schlafen geht bedingt, man ist eben zentral gelegen und entsprechend findet draußen das Leben statt.
Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und ging immer flott.

Wir werden die nächsten Jahre wieder kommen.

Cons:

Man muss einige Treppen überwinden, ehe man den Aufzug erreicht.
Die Matratze ist eher weich, wir liegen lieber straffer, aber man kann es bei Matratzen eben nicht jedem Recht machen.

Muy bien localizado, familiar, ambiente seguro, amplio y funcional.
Pros:

Excelente para familias, de los pocos lugares con AC instalados con buen funcionamiento. Muy bien ubicado cerca de edificios atractivos y de zonas de interés, comercios, restaurantes y plazas públicas.

Cons:

Para mi, cumplió las expectativas, pero para mi hija de 10 años, el estío de decoración interior no le fue atractivo. Quizás como recomendación pueden considerar modernizar algunos elementos que mejoren a la vista de las nuevas generaciones.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Wir hatten ein 1-Zimmer-Apartment (Nr.47) mit Fenster zu Innenhof. Super ruhig 👍. Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und im Wohn/Küchenbereich hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Was an diesem Wochenende super wichtig war. Bett war bequem. Aufzug vorhanden. Fahrräder konnten im Keller abgestellt werden. Alles prima. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Der Kartenleser an der Haupteingangstür sollte repariert werden. Funktioniert im Moment nur mit Zahlenkombination. Echt blöd, wenn man sich die nicht gemerkt hat und das Handy im Zimmer liegt!

Pros:

Grosszügiges, schönes Apartment, ganz zentral, gute Ausstattung (sogar mit Spühlmaschine) und was ganz wichtig war wegen der Wärme, mit Klima.
Aussergewöhnlich ruhig durch den Hinterhof, toll aufgearbeitetes Treppenhaus, direkt unten ein Bäcker und sonst alles Fussläufig erreichbar.
Für uns mit Baby optimal.

Ausserordentlich, super, sofort wieder….
Pros:

Sehr zentral, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich…. die Küche mit allem vorhanden der Biomarkt und vor allem die Bio-Bäckerei im Erdgeschoss sind super…. habe gerne und oft im Bistro gefrühstückt…. wurde Aufmerksam betreut (Wäsche und Reinigung im Appartement)…. alles super… würde sofort wieder dort buchen!

Cons:

Kann mich nicht an etwas erinnern….
Vielleicht, wenn ich noch etwas sagen darf…… eine Grundausstattung, z.B. wie Salatschleuder, Salz, Zucker, Gewürz und eine Pfeffermühle, Öl in kleinen Mengen….. das wäre noch die Kirsche auf der Sahne…. vor allem wenn man einige Tage dort weilt…. (ein Messer das wirklich schneidet habe ich schon einmal dazugelegt)……

Flott godt utstyrt leilighet midt i sentrum . Anbefales !!God valuta for pengene.

Fantastisk Beliggenhet. Få minutter til Thomaskirken og markedsplassen.
Leiligheten var godt utstyrt. Balkong. Gode senger.
Bakeri og restaurant i underetasjen.
Svært hjelpsom og vennlig dame i resepsjonen.

Cons:

Søplerommet i kjelleren var fullt av fluer og fremstod udelikat. Fin kildesortering, men ikke i leiligheten.
