Overall stay
Pros:

Great location. Close to the mall, cafés, restaurants, places to hang out with the kids and close to the subway. The staff didn't speak English which made it a bit difficult to communicate but were very patient and dedicated to their work. The pool is very big and has 2 small pools that are around 40 degrees which was too boiling hot for us so wasn't really great for the kids. They also make you buy a swimming cap for 60¥ each or else you can't get in the water even if it's a toddler with almost no hair. The worker tried also selling it to my husband who is BALD. The staff come up to you every few minutes when it's time to close the breakfast area even when it still not the time to close. The rooms are very clean, the cleaning staff were amazing.

OK but not luxury
Pros:

Nice hotel but service/facilities not up to luxury claim. Our first room was dark and hot/humid but after a while moved us to a much nicer room with more space and large windows. As it was spring there was no AC available as locals don't like it so got mobile AC units (bit noisy). The beds were a bit firm but the otherwise the room was well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was great but the dining room too small as always very full. The bar in the hotel lacked at least 50% of the drinks listed, found China doesn't really do well with hotel bars as I guess locals don't use them much. There is a shopping centre and places to eat nearby but it's a local city area not too much to see. You'll definitely need transport as too far to walk to most places of interest.

Lovely premise and professional staff but expect some challenges when receiving parcels
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the place was clean . The gym was great! The lobby was wonderful. The vibe of the hotel was very good especially for business trip folks!! Everything about the facilities, staff, cleanliness was great.

Cons:

I didnt like that receiving parcels was a complicated process and also my facial mask went missing (not sure if it was thrown away by accident)
