It was a fantastic stay. One thing I would request is that there should be a curtain in front of the bathroom mirror to maintain the privacy.

We book an executive suite . Rooms were very clean as well as bathrooms .

We are here for staycation ie including dinner and breakfast,everything thing was good untill we had dinner😇 cause after having dinner i quit my hope of staying and left the hotel immediately.
Actually the food was horrifying and only 5-6 item in dinner buffet we cant even think about it
The service was quite good, with the staff being very responsive and courteous. The room service was also satisfactory and upto the mark. However, the amenities could have been better. For instance, the bathroom did not have a hair dryer.
One important point to highlight is the unavailability of a bathtub in the Executive Room that I had booked. Despite repeated requests, my room was not upgraded, which was disappointing

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The location is extremely convenient and well connected. This hotel is always my go to during my visits to Kolkata. The ambience and the atmosphere is amazing, everyone is extremely welcoming and accommodating. They accept round the clock check ins which is just very convenient for late night bookings and arrivals. The rooms are spacious, well lit, and they come with blackout curtains, so its great for your Saturday and Sundays when you want to sleep in. A well furnished Bathroom with all amenities, a cozy bathtub to take the edge off. The breakfast buffet is lovely as well, the food is a treat!! Rooms are conveniently priced, a value for money. Don't forget to visit their rooftop bar and restaurant, its amazing!! Definitely recommend staying here.

Since the room was booked through booking.com , the treatment including the allotment in terms of quality was very poor. I think they have different set of rooms for booking.com.
The location and atmosphere was peaceful and calm. The rooms were so beautiful and organised well. Cleanliness was well planned and timely done showing the discipline of the hotel. The services were awesome and the amenities were too good. The staff were very responsible and immediately responding to our needs. Overall loved the services and everything here.

Hotel room condition is bed .rooms curtain is stain. Ac not effective. Bathroom floor dirty. Hair in corner. wc seat cover dirty.bathtub mould black all side corner.
