Pros:

Excelente ubicación para recorrer caminando los principales atractivos de Santiago 👍🏻, estaciones de metro cerca, muy completo y buen desayuno, el personal de 10🫶 todos muy amables y excelente disposición para lo que se necesite. Sin duda volveremos!!

Good location but I will not come back to this place.
Pros:

The staff was great and very kind.
The location it's very centric it works great during the day, it's a very different at night.

Cons:

The window in my room didn't close properly.
The carpet needed to be changed 5 years ago, the floor tiles under it where loose.
All the bathroom faucets were corroded. (Good water flow)
The beds were very uncomfortable.
The internet connection was very poor.
