Mal aseo del baño y poco acceso o nulo a los ascensores para poder transitar con las maletas.
Falta de iluminación de las habitaciones, aún con luz de lámparas de velador, muy oscuro. Faltan lámparas en el techo con buena luz.

Cons:

Todo mal, en la llegada no indican que no hay estacionamiento, no hay estacionamiento en el hotel, está a 3 cuadras del hotel, se entenderá que llegando en la noche con maletas, bajar las maletas del auto para el hotel y caminar 3 cuadras con todo cargado no es seguro.
En la tarifa se omite que es sin estacionamiento y sin desayuno.
En la recepción no empatizan con el cliente, sabiendo el servicio que se entrega.
Debieran ser más empáticos con gente adulta mayor.
Por último, debieran tener la información más clara de lo que ofrece la locación para tener una idea mas clara y saber dónde uno se está quedando.

La tina estaba tapada . La verdad me bañe rápido . Para q no se llenará la tina. Me bañe en la mañana no en la noche entonces no avisé. Otra vez me pasó lo mismo y me cambiaron la habitación. Seguiré yendo pero para la próxima probaré altiro la ducha.
