Clean and convenient
Pros:

Close to airport, convenient airport transfer, very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, we had some Korean fried chicken (which we had to pickup ourselves instead of room service) it was excellent and good value.

Cons:

The room is very comfortable, but it echoes quite a bit which was extra noticeable with a tired crying baby.

Ottimo hotel comodo all’aeroporto
Pros:

Struttura moderna e confortevole, camera spaziosa, silenziosa, letti comodi, ottima colazione, servizio gratuito di navetta sia per terminal 1 che 2, palestra, sauna separata uomini/donne, prezzo adeguato.

Hotel moderno, comodo all’aeroporto ma con servizi costosissimi

Architettura moderna e ben riuscita, ottima posizione per l’aeroporto.
Molto bene il bar e ristorante aperti anche la sera fino le 10:30. Molto curato anche il giardino e comodissimo il supermercato all’interno (CU).

Cons:

Per quanto sia effettivamente dichiarato che servizi come la piscina sono a pagamento, questi hanno dei prezzi fuori misura.
A esempio per una giornata in piscina un adulto sono richiesti 40k won.
Anche la cena se la si vuol fare all’interno è ben organizzata con un buffet, ma il costo a persona è di 110k won. In generale quindi si ha l’impressione che venga sfruttata la posizione della struttura (vicino c’è solo aeroporto o altri pochi hotel) per far spendere tanti soldi ai clienti che per ingannare il tempo si trovano a dover spendere molto per dei servizi che in altri alberghi sono compresi.
Molto bene anche la navetta gratuita da e verso l’aeroporto a intervalli di 45 minuti, ma operativa dalle 6 alle 23. Fuori questa ampia fascia oraria ci sono solo taxi e uber a carico del cliente.
L’insonorizzazione delle stanze è rivedibile (per un 5 stelle) e durante la notte ho sentito un continuo ronzio derivato probabilmente dal climatizzatore.
Infine, all’arrivo per il check in delle 15 si ha una gestione con la prenotazione per il desk ma gli inservienti ci hanno fatto spostare più volte in punti a caso della stanza in attesa del nostro turno.
