Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety and plenty of food.
Location was excellent as we travelled by train and it was very close to everything.
The only think I didn’t care for was the furniture, but I am sure it’s a great style for families.
Sicuramente la vicinanza al centro e alla stazione per chi arriva in treno. Camera standard, molto carina e tutta colorata! pulita, silenziosa e per fortuna con il condizionatore,( abbiamo beccato temperature torride) colazione buona, piccolo market, locali per mangiare e bar proprio sotto l'hotel.
La gestione del parcheggio è Machiavellica! C'è un comodissimo parcheggio a pagamento convenzionato con l'hotel e proprio lì davanti, ma bisogna scaricare un'applicazione da cui si ricava un codice! Per tutta questa procedura serve circa un'ora! Nel frattempo bisogna parcheggiare a pagamento per quell'ora, quindi uscire dal parcheggio e rientrare di nuovo con il codice ricevuto dall'app!!!!!!
Se l'hotel comunicasse questa procedura al momento della prenotazione, si risparmierebbe tempo e denaro! Non c'è altro modo per parcheggiare.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre sous les toits , il y faisait une chaleur insoutenable. On m’a attribué une chambre en RDC , ne correpondant pas aux photos de ma réservation
Le matelas puait , la douche était moisie, la lavabo sale et le sol non nettoyé

Le petit déjeuner. À 7h30, tout était presque vide. Choix ultra classique. Pas d'eau.
Les clients devraient avoir accés au minimum à une fontaine à eauafin de pouvoir remplir une gourde, indispensable avec les fortes chaleur.

Gentillesse du personnel. Chambre propre et confortable. Bons petits déjeuners. Hôtel situé à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Nantes. Près de la plupart des lieux d'intérêts à pied. Tramway à proximité pour ceux qui ne désirent pas se déplacer à pied.
