The wellness center is available from 09:00 until 22:30 daily. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa, while children aged 5-14 are allowed in the hot tub only if accompanied by a parent.
When booking the room-only option, access to the spa is not included.
Use of the wellness center is not permitted for pregnant women.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We stayed here one day/ night while we waited to go on our flight home from Rome , what a beautiful experience ! This hotel was absolutly beautiful , charming. The spa , pools and relaxation rooms were exceptional and so fun and relaxing after traveling through Europe two weeks prior . Customer service and food - excellent ! What a place !

Gli ospiti dell’hotel, che pagano un prezzo per un albergo a 5 stelle, sono drasticamente penalizzati dalla formula daily di accesso al pubblico alle piscine e alla SPA, che rende: le piscine e la SPA affollatissime, quasi infrequentabili, il servizio lunch, anche questo offerto ai frequentatori daily, una lotta per ombra, tavoli e “conquista” del cibo a buffet, stile mensa aziendale. Anche la colazione deve essere migliorata, la qualità non è coerente con, ripeto, una offerta a 5 stelle.
Spa - Excellent. Massage - perfect. Lunch - delicious. Room - outstanding. Value - Excellent. Shuttle - delayed but adequate. Staff - above and beyond.
Only one thing: The shuttle made me wait at FCO for nearly an hour after three phone calls. Maybe it was a glitch but my experience was not up to the standards they set at the spa/hotel.

Absolutely incredible property, the spas are incredible and the facilities are gorgeous.
We had the most amazing stay in this gorgeous hotel. You walk through the hallway to your room and you’re welcomed with the most amazing scent. Our room was stunning!! Food is amazing. The spa!! Well, it’s a must visit!!
They need to sort out the shower glass issue in the bathroom. Not easy taking a shower without getting the floor completely wet.

The staff were incredible and the facilities were all beautiful. The breakfast and lunch buffets were a real treat, definitely worth indulging. You would have no idea you're so close to the airport either, it's a hidden oasis.
The limitations on using all the facilities if you're travelling with children under 14 - they can't access all the pools.
Hotel fantástico, antiga Fazenda do século 17, bem conservada, o Hotel é um SPA de luxo, com muitas massagens e terapias !!!

Location and quiet
expensive for dinner but the included breakfast was a 10 out of 10
Loved how it looked and the spa experience was excellent. The room was huge and the bathroom was just as big.
The food at the restaurant was amazing.
And the staff are all very helpful.
