Limpeza, quarto cheio de cabelos no chão, fui de manhã na recepção pedir limpeza e foram somente no final da tarde limpar mediante a outras duas cobranças.
Após a “limpeza” parecia que não tinha acontecido nada, quarto continuou cheio de cabelos e insetos mortos no chão.
