Worth every penny
Pros:

This safari Lodge is a must visit! The site is beautiful, the staff super friendly and helpful! Food was $22pp which compared to less luxury places we've stayed it was a good price for good food (including a braii on day two!). Don't second guess the prices, you are staying in the national parks and have animals walking up to the watering hole so well worth the money especially if not booking a game drive!

Cons:

It was a shame we had to use designated smoking areas despite have a big beautiful balcony.

Somewhere I would definitely revisit
Pros:

We were spoilt with kindness…the staff went out of their way to look after us - even cooking a birthday cake for me at very short notice. The property was very comfortable as and clean and our room looking out into the water holes that the animals came to in the evening and mornings

Pros:

Восхитительный новый отель в парке Хуэндж. Потрясающе!!! Вид, расположение. Отдельная мохвала сотрудникам ресторана: велиаолепная кухня, потрясающее расположение с видом на гуляющих слонов. Рекомендую!

Relaxing, excellent good, good location, abundance of wildlife

Great Staff, beautiful rooms and grounds! Recommend 100%
Pros:

Incredibly beautiful place to stay with excellent staff. Clean & comfortable rooms with great views, well maintained common areas and swimming pool. For the reasonable price for a safari lodge, this place ticks all the boxes. The Game drives with Blessing as our guide were well organized. It was my wife's birthday and the communication with the staff prior and during our visit regarding the private dinner was excellently done. Special thanks to Chef Catherine for the incredible feed, Albertina reception for always being so kind & Louis who waited on us during our dinner ( very polite man). Would highly recommend this hotel during your stay in Hwange. Almost forgot to mention the very busy waterhole as we had huge herds of elephants on both nights while having dinner as well as during the day.

Peace and tranquility in the African bush
Pros:

Wow, what a magical place. The hotel is recently renovated to an exceptional standard and well appointed.
The staff are super friendly and welcoming creating a wonderful atmosphere in this very special place.
We stayed here in July 2025 as family of 4 with children in their late teens and had a fabulous 3 days relaxing in the peace and tranquility surrounded by wildlife coming through the nearby water hole.
Highly recommend.

Cons:

Bit of a challenge getting to the hotel thanks to the very poorly maintained national roads. Once you arrive, that is easily forgotten.

It was so good we cancelled our other accomodation and stayed here for a second stint.
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning setting backing onto the Savannah. The beds are insanely comfortable and the rooms are spacious and well equipped with beautiful views.
