Do atendimentos dos funcionários muito prestativos
Horario limitado para usar a piscina aquecida já que esta dentro do Spa.
No dia estava chovendo e só podemos usar a piscina por uma hora para cada diária.
Café da manhã e pago por fora da diária!! Horário para frequentar o refeitório e tomar o café da manhã é fracionado por horarios para cada hóspede café da manhã sem muitas opções.
Tamanho do quarto e da cada de banho.
O pequeno almoço deveria ser mais diversificado.

Место положения не соответствует сайту,разница в 8 километров,чистота бассейна он был зелёный, спа только можно находиться один час,не было дополнительного сервиса массаж,что очень меня расстроила, нет тапочек,халатов,для 4 * отеля ещё доплачивать отдельно за это неправильно

Tampa da sanita partida, falta de colaboradores no peq almoço, falta de regulação do ar condicionado (quarto muito quente), spa básico, e com algumas limitações para crianças com menos de 3 anos.
O pequeno almoço era conforme o esperado.
O exterior do hotel é bastante moderno e agradável, no entanto acho que os quartos precisam de uma remodelação, pois estão um pouco deteorados.

Elevador a não funcionar. Manutenção da piscina insuficiente.
Da localização, o conforto e o meio envolvente super tranquilo para uma escapinha, a não esquecer do restaurante que a comida estava excelente
Falta de alguns cuidados com a limpeza em pequenos pormenores, zona do spa com falta de apoio. Sistema de tomadas desliga na saída do quarto o que não permite deixar telemóveis a carregar.
