الموظفون في الاستقبال كانوا مرحبين مبتسمين موظفوا الفندق جميعاً يشعرونك بأنك في منزلك جميعم ذو خبر ودراية بمايقومون به من اجل خدمة الضيف .. شكراً لكم جميعاً وشكراً لمن اعتمد عليكم فقد نال شرف الثقة بكم .

من الصعب أن تجد شي لايعجبك صعب وغير موجود .. انت في قائمة من جميع التخصصات يعملون على راحة ضيف الفندق .

Cons:

Did not really enjoy our stay. We had to pay extra for my child even though I booked a room with enough beds I was charged for extra for bed.
Hotel looked appealing but was very deceived- outdated,dusty and heavy construction going on. The place looked deserted. My booking included breakfast but the guy at check in said no and when I enquired he said he'll find out but instead hid from us. Kids pool was 120cm deep so two of my children weren't allowed in- had to go buy water floats and be present in pool with them.
Location was not ideal. Hotel in the middle of an alley way.
Overall very disappointing and deceiving!

للأسف لم يكن التعامل على مستوى فندق 4 نجوم ابتداء من عدم الرد على الرسائل انتهاء بتغيير الغرفة المطلوبة بمبني (يتم ترميمه ) وغير مواصفات ماتم حجزه ( صحيح تم تغيير الغرفة بعدما كلمتهم بهذا الخصوص )

The pool is very nice

Cons:

I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel and entered my room to find extremely loud construction and maintenance work taking place throughout the property.
The hotel should have informed guests in advance that renovation work was in progress, or at the very least notified us at the reception before check-in. We paid for our stay expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience, but instead we have been very disturbed by the constant noise and the workers
