O vacanta surprinzator de placuta

Este o locatie foarte linistita, bine amplasata, cu statie de autobus in fata locatiei, oferind posibilitatea unei flexibilitati mari in deplasare pe insula. Forio si plaja Chiaia la 7 min cu autobuzul, plaja Citara si gradinile Poseidon la 1 statie distanta( 2 minute)
Curatenia in hotel exemplara, micul dejun foarte bun, proaspat, cu sucuri naturale si cafea foarte buna.Piscinele foarte mari,cu apa termala, atat cea exterioara cat si cea interioara. Sezlonguri suficiente la piscina apa foarte curata si multa liniste. Este obligatorie folosirea castii in piscina. Personalul serviabil, grija pentru detalii. Vom reveni cu siguranta.

Camera destul de micuta, in schimb baia era mare ( la camera fara balcon sau terasa)

Cons:

Напор в душі дуже дуже слабкий, це напевно головний дискомфорт. Сніданки не дуже різноманітні, багато солодкого і трошки скрутний вибір солоного.

Struttura eccellente, organizzazione pessima
Cons:

Reception pessima; mancano televisioni; il bar e' allocato solo in piscina al 2 piano; la doccia e' chiusa da un telo di plastica; mancano gli erogatori di shampoo, bagnoschiuma e sapone; il frigo di presenta vuoto; non esiste un servizio di prenotazione per le navette dirette al mare: chi arriva prima sale e, se non c'e' capienza, rimani a terra. Ho parlato con la direttrice del Gruppo Alberghiero che, a fronte delle mie lamentele, ha dimostrato di non conoscere la "customer satisfacion". Eppure, sono 60 anni che Ischia fa turismo. Insomma, ottimo "hardware" con pessimo "software"!!!!

Cons:

Camera con affaccio su strada statale e scheletro di edificio che nascondeva la vista mare. Arredo della camera vetusto. Piscina fuori uso per i primi due giorni (hanno dato possibilità di accesso ad altro albergo vicino). Negato possibilità di uso dello shuttle dell'albergo perché avevamo prenotato con booking. Costo elevato in rapporto alla qualità e dimensioni della camera.

The outside of the building looks newly renovated.

Cons:

To many rules to obey.
You can't use your own towels at the pool.
The pool was green ,not from the thermal waters but from bad filtration system.
They were trying to clean it every morning but it was to no effect.
Wifi is a disaster.
No wifi in the bedroom.
Sounds travelling.
Breakfast was not good.
Cheap orange juice, only 2 choices of fruit for breakfast if you're not making a smoothie.
Just scrambled eggs and really over cooked hard boiled eggs.
Omelette was nice but no ham,just cheese, mushroom and tomato.
Always going for the cheapest way to satisfy people.
It should only be a 1 star hotel.
The outside looks beautiful but from once you pass reception it goes down hill after that.
