Pros:

Os funcionários da recepção, no dia 29, à tarde, não foram amáveis. Apenas um rapaz alto de cabelos pretos foi gentil. Dia 30, pela manhã, dois senhores da recepção excelentes, prestativos e educados.

Cons:

Não há ninguém que possa ajudar com a bagagem até os elevadores, por exemplo. Quem se hospedar, quer conforto e ajuda. Quem me prestou auxílio foram outros hóspedes q estavam chegando no mesmo horário que eu.

Uma experiência para não ser repetida!
Pros:

O Hotel não condiz com a apresentação que tem no site, precisa de uma reforma, cuidado com o cheiro do quarto ( mofo). Não apresenta aspecto de limpeza eficiente e cuidadosa. Toalhas escurecidas e ressecadas. Precisa de uma repaginada. O café da manhã salva a experiência de um desastre.

Cons:

Toalhas velhas, cheiro de mofo, condição do hotel está ruim e não condiz com a publicidade. Atendimento razoável.

Cons:

Tinha só uma toalha de rosto e banho, sendo que éramos um casal.
Não tem mais manobrista.
Andávamos muito de uma torre à outra, perdidos, procurando o bar e o café.
