Pros:

We love the lodge atmosphere, which awesome it a little disappointing that the current remodel is more modern, but it's always clean xomy and has a great breakfast and staff. It's our stop in Boise every time.

Cons:

Nothing o not like here. It's very family friendly and quiet

We will not be staying here the next time we stay in Boise.

We weren’t notified about the remodel of the property at the time of our reservation. The location is in a mediocre part of Boise and the elevator was horrifying. The pool and jacuzzi seemed clean but not much attention was given to the to the equipment. The mattresses felt like we were sleeping in hammocks very uncomfortable. Outlets weren’t working and we had an uneasy feeling the whole time we were there. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Cleanliness and how the staff dealt with other guests who were being loud. My room smelled very bad of (illegal) smoke, and I was told I would get a full refund due to this. I’ve called the property for the past two weeks with no follow up.

BW Northwest Lodge is our Boise home!
Pros:

We always stay at the BW Northwest Lodge when we travel to Boise. The hotel is consistently clean, yummy breakfast and bedtime cookies, great dining area and pool/hot tub. We love the location, kind of tucked away but so close to everywhere we need to be. Staff is helpful and friendly, cost of the stay is reasonable. And as Reward members we love the perks and points!
